My husband bought headphones here and wanted to return them because the sound quality was poor. He returned them less than an hour after purchasing them and the lady at the counter would not accept them because she claimed they had been "used extensively and not new". Clearly she just didn't want to accept the return because the headphones look brand new and were worn for less than 5 minutes. We will never shop here again.

I went there for Apple support and wasn’t able to get the assistance needed because they didn’t have the parts. Pretty frustrated because I took the day off for this appointment and should’ve just made it for the Apple Store instead.

Purchased a defective laptop that had scratches on the screen was denied an exchange by Riki. First he tells me they don't have any in stock. But a coworker of his grabbed me one right as I walked in which I pointed out. Reason he gave me for denied exchange was there are scratches on the screen and item was not resaleable (the very reason I was exchanging). This blew my mind. He then tells me to take it to a different location and he would not help me. I took item to Arden location which they exchanged it with no problem. I will no longer be purchasing from this location. Seems the customer service went down hill. I been a loyal customer of Best Buy my whole life. This was a first for me.
