During Black Friday, I bought an LG TV at Best Buy Salinas. I had an excellent experience thanks to the outstanding customer service from Randy and Julian. They were both incredibly patient, and went above and beyond to help me select the perfect TV for my needs. I truly appreciate their assistance and highly recommend Best Buy Salinas for anyone looking for great service.

The incompetence here is unfathomable. My husband came in here to get an Apple Watch that supported mirroring and he had told the employee over and over we need to have it support mirroring that’s the only reason we’re trading in our two Apple Watch’s wires 5s. After being reassured about a dozen times that the Apple Watch SE supported mirroring I finally tried the feature today and it was NOT supported. This is ridiculous we have then to perfect condition Apple Watch 5 just to get 1 Apple Watch back that doesn’t even do what I wanted. It was a birthday gift and I am so disappointed e in this customer experience 0/5 stars if I could
