The worst experience in this store , I purchased a phone worth over 1000 and also got the insurance,, 4 days after we had an accident on the ag harvester we work on and phone ended up damaging when we went to the store to ask for guidance we only recieved bad treatment and laughs from the return associate according to them phone was too damaged and when I ask what does their coverage include he denied information he said he didn’t know to just call insurance when we contarlcted the insurance we were told that store has 14 days warranty for damage or malfunction equipment please do research and buy from somewhere else that treatment we recieved is unacceptable and when the insurance rep try to speak to a supervisor/management no one show up or help us .
