Okay, I have to give a huge shoutout to Javi at Best Buy — this guy is honestly a gem. From the second I walked in, he had the best energy: super friendly, funny, and just made me feel like I was in good hands. I came in for earbuds, and he didn’t just point me to a shelf, he actually listened to what I needed, asked me questions, and helped me find the perfect pair which I’m obsessed with, by the way.
What stood out the most was how genuine he was. You could tell he wasn’t just going through the motions, he really cared about making sure I left happy. And I did. I left smiling, and honestly, wishing more people in customer service were like him.
Whoever’s reading this at Best Buy, give this man a raise, a medal, a pizza party, something. Javi, you’re a real one. Thanks again!
