Saturday, Luke and Andrew, dark hair with a streak of silver, sign of wisdom, hands down, best customer service I ever had at a retail store. 10 stars out of five. Exactly what I would expect at a place called Best Buy! Luke helped me on 2 different occasions, however I came in 1 day when he wasn't working and wasted all of my time. Apparently Luke is the only manager who knows how to look up Doordash returns or due to me looking dirty, I didn't deserve good customer service? In the end it was Andrew (AK) who was the most knowledgeable associate with doordash returns and helped me resolve my issue. Luke did everything right when he managed the guy doing my return, however I didn't understand what I needed to do with Doordash and Andrew was the only one who knew. I left a different review before this but apparently it was deleted. I wonder who would do that. Please don't delete my review I'm an avid reviewer and private journalist by hobby, my reviews are worth a lot of points.

Cash registers were all closed. I was told to go to customer service. There was only one person there. I waited in line for 20 minutes to buy 1 small cable. When i asked if there was anybody else to help me, I was told I wasn't standing in the right area. I just left. Horrible. I posted my experience on Facebook to all my friends who live in Salinas. Customer service is dying, if not dead already.
