How do I check product availability at the Salinas Best Buy?

It took them 10 weeks to "fix" my computer and it was still broken. They were going to make me wait another 30 days and I couldn't wait any longer.
I ended up demanding a refund or store credit of the device and I'm glad they did.
The whole experience was awful and i spent 10 weeks without a computer during college and it made my life hell.
