My Wife and I had the premium all you can eat, the wagyu was AMAZING.
Often shopped at Best Buy - thankful for the business - could careless about competition - important is Customer Service! This spreads fast and Business increases like Mushrooms!! 👍✍️Never take any Businesses for granted! Thanks Best Buy✍️😀
Customer service at Best Buy has really gone downhill. The employees are great people and try to help, but company policies often make them look like the bad guys. I’ve been disappointed over the last few years, both as a customer, veteran, and student.
During my recent visit, I was helped quickly, which I appreciated. However, I found the last unit of a product I wanted, and it was already opened. The employee told me there was nothing they could do—I had to either buy it at full price or it would be sent back to the manufacturer. No discount, credit, or alternative was offered.
The staff are doing their best, but the policies make it frustrating for loyal customers. I wish I can give more stars especially to the amazing people that work here but Bestbuy you have failed your employees and your customers.
