Robert over by appliances helped me select the refrigerator that was going to check all my families boxes needs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. With his help I was able to select a fridge that would fit through my narrow 50s house doorways. He assured me that the delivery team would be able to take the doors off if needed be and that it was covered by the delivery cost. It was just delivered today and I am extremely satisfied. This Best Buy doesn’t control all the people that cut during Pokémon and everybody groups up and takes advantage of all the people that are waiting in line. Nobody seems to be taking an accountability as a store manager or workers. They just let people do whatever they want. This is something that needs to be taken care of and not just letting people sleep in their car while other people are waiting hours or even overnight
