I spent over 3k here a few months ago on a new tv and had the best customer service. Fast forward to this weekend and I take my elderly mother here to buy her a new tv. Customer service was not good. First Gentleman was very informative and nice but he left to check on a display for a tv and did not come back. Second person we dealt with was rude and offended over being told we were not interested in a certain brand, horrible explaining, and he just left us there did not bother showing us the other tv we asked him to show us or making a sale for your team. I had to look things up on google and verify with a different employee….Just sad it felt like my mom was treated like her money didn’t matter because she wanted a tv around $200. The guy was jerkoff and shouldn’t be in sales, he clearly can’t make one.

No one cares. Tried to hunt down a employee for assistance. He seem very tired and feels I am bothering him. 😪 sad. No wonder people are buying online. Human interaction is diminishing.
