Called their service line to see if I could get a product for same price online they said they had it and I could get it and sent me an invoice so when I went to store I could get it at the same price. Go to the store they don't have the product in. What, no offer to get another deal, no care just sorry. The salesperson was nice but you let a customer that is about to pay leave with getting nothing. WOW then I complain in chat and the person just leaves the conversation, then try again and this person was super friendly but could care less that I had to drive and come out and I made sure on the phone and had my text on my phone and got nothing and they were like oh well. Oh well Best Buy I've shopped with you since the 90's but no more - done, I do believe this corporation is on it's last days because it runs like a business that has no hope or care for its customers or store - it's done. March 30th is today - a year from now let's see if they still exist. The store is NOTHING like it used to be, no music, no movies, no products in the store, no helpful wanting to make a sale people, no knowledge, no courtesy, no care. There it is.

Cannot find it in store. No employee around. I had to search for an employee all around. When I found one, he was dismissive and pointed out to a random aisle
The cashier....rude and condescending
Nice and clean looking, super friendly staff. Many employees stopped to check if we needed any assistance. The only thing I would recommend is if you plan to go to Geek Squad make an appointment, I was a walk-in and it took 3 hours to get helped due to them having so many appointments.
