This Best Buy doesn’t control all the people that cut during Pokémon and everybody groups up and takes advantage of all the people that are waiting in line. Nobody seems to be taking an accountability as a store manager or workers. They just let people do whatever they want. This is something that needs to be taken care of and not just letting people sleep in their car while other people are waiting hours or even overnight

All the staff I interacted with were friendly. My only complaint was how it was very hard to find someone to help me unlock and get a product or answer a question.

My husband purchased a TV online yesterday, and we came to pick it up today (1/8) around 4:30–4:54 PM. Security directed us to the customer pickup desk, which we did. There was only one cashier working the other line, which was very busy, but the pickup desk was empty when we arrived.
We stood there for about fifteen minutes. During that time, an employee named Jeremy came behind the counter twice. Each time, he avoided eye contact and did not acknowledge us at all. He never said “I’ll be with you,” “someone will help you,” or anything else. He simply handled merchandise, walked away, then came back and did the same thing again. Being completely ignored was frustrating and unprofessional.
I finally went to the back to get help, and Eric assisted us right away. Eric was friendly, helpful, and took care of us quickly. He provided the level of customer service we were expecting.
This experience could have been much better if we had simply been acknowledged. I appreciate Eric for stepping in and helping us, but the lack of basic courtesy from Jeremy made what should have been a simple pickup unnecessarily uncomfortable.
