They call me days later telling me Can’t be repaired $49 is needed to
Start the replacement through apple care
Ok make the appointment to pay the 49 dollars
Get there 5 minutes early nobody is waiting check in with the big dark haired guy with glasses he says have a seat over there and I’ll be right with you
He says just got to pay 49 dollars to get the replacement started I say ok
He takes the next customer while I’m still waiting
30 minutes go by still waiting I tell big boy look I can’t be waiting here all day just to pay 50 bucks I was here before my appointment he says we are very busy I say now you are you weren’t busy when I walked in 30 minutes ago. Very unprofessional no sense of customer service at all

Why make an appointment they still treat you like sh.t
They don’t care I still have to make another appointment to resolve this problem guess I better plan on half a day to pay 50 bucks
