I took both of my vehicles to get 4k cameras installed. I have had constant problems with these cameras and always told to either buy new wires, or buy a new SD card, and these cameras never work. I don't think the technician knows what he is doing and told me i don't have warranty anymore since there is nothing wrong with the camera......yet asked me to buy wires etc. I tried out the new SD cards and guess what? The cobra cam still doesn't work. I rather pay to take my vehicle to another best buy or another store to have these cameras removed. I want nothing to do with best buy dash cameras again. Total was of time.

The staff was friendly and let me know that pick up is until closing, or 9 PM, even curbside pick up. Google says pick up ends at 6 PM. I was informed that's wrong. I picked my online order up at 830 PM, 30 mins before closing.

The wife purchased a secondary monitor and related wires, and we couldn't get it to work. So, a couple days later, we went directly to the store, and their Geek Squad, helped get everything right. Thanks, Best Buy, your customer support is unrivaled!
