Horrible in store customer service. The worst I’ve ever experienced. Will NEVER step into that store again!. At home, the next day, I called Best Buy Customer Service because I missing the screws to assemble the legs on my purchased TV. I was advised I would receive a call back from the San Bernardino store in 1-2 hours. That was yesterday. NO CALL BACK RECEIVED!!! Will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Best Buy!!!

Bought a refrigerator and the handle broke been trying to get a hold of service for help, and all they do is send you somwhere else and give a number called them and finally got a hold of them, they want to charge me after they told me that the will be no charge.Now am shit out of luck with a broken freezer handle. I don't know why the sale you warranty if they aren't going to help you out.Am surprised that the haven't gotten sued for warranty scam.athey should sale warranty if they aren't going to back it up.

Came here for a keyboard that they said was on stock, when I got here it wasn't on the shelves so I ask two different workers, they both had me waiting over an hour and I didn't got an answer back from them so I left.
