Bought a refrigerator and the handle broke been trying to get a hold of service for help, and all they do is send you somwhere else and give a number called them and finally got a hold of them, they want to charge me after they told me that the will be no charge.Now am shit out of luck with a broken freezer handle. I don't know why the sale you warranty if they aren't going to help you out.Am surprised that the haven't gotten sued for warranty scam.athey should sale warranty if they aren't going to back it up.

Came here for a keyboard that they said was on stock, when I got here it wasn't on the shelves so I ask two different workers, they both had me waiting over an hour and I didn't got an answer back from them so I left.

Worked with Byron on subwoofer suggestions for my home theater. Byron was knowledgeable and did not pressure me into more than what I needed for my space. I recommend Best Buy for all your home speaker needs

These people are the first I waited over an hour for help after repeatedly asking for hel then I watched the manager help someone else looking fir the exact same thing i was looking for I then took a seat as I watched and still received no help. Finally, someone came over and then abruptly said I'll be right back, only to never come back. I mean, get it together the worst service ever.
