Lack of care. Ordered an "excellent condition" open box laptop. It didn't come with a power cord. I was directed to buy one. The price of this Non OEM universal charger made the open box the same price as a new one. That's not excellent condition! On top of that, it seems to have been the floor model which was nasty. Nobody even bothered to clean it. I made a long trip out here to pick up something where I was duped and dumped with the associate not caring about anything. Boo. Returned - And for salt in the wound, the $10 rewards that I was able to apply to it was lost on return.

The selection of electronics at this store is impressive, and the staff is generally helpful when you need assistance. However, the checkout lines can get quite long, which can be frustrating when you're in a hurry. Overall, it's a decent place to shop for tech, but be prepared to wait if it's busy.

I needed help with some information, so when I called, I got an AI operator and it just kept giving me the run around and I could not speak to an agent. I went down the street to Costco instead and bought my TV there, with that AI operator, it looks like you want to disconnect with your customers, $800 sale gone cause you dont know how to answer a phone with an actual human.
