This was, by far, the best customer service experience I have ever had at any Best Buy location. From the warm welcome at the front door to the assistance I received throughout the store, every team member I encountered made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely valued.
India was exceptional. She listened carefully, understood what I truly needed, and helped me make the right purchases without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. The entire team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and committed to making our visit enjoyable. We smiled from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

Can never get an accurate stock check and calling apparently gets you someone from a call center to check. Not someone in the store, have gone twice to be told item isn’t in stock.
