Best Buy San Carlos

Unfortunately, I decided not to make my purchase at this location because one of the employees was lazy and made the experience unpleasant. I was ready to buy my first professional camera and asked to hold the camera so I could take a closer look at it, but he already seemed unhappy about letting me see it. Shortly afterward, he asked me to put it away. When I asked to look at another camera, he told me he was leaving and would not help me. I asked if there was anyone else available to assist me, and he rudely said no and repeated that he was leaving. He acted as if I was wasting his time. I felt extremely uncomfortable, but I continued looking around. During the entire time I remained in the store, he never actually left and continued helping other customers. I ended up leaving without buying my camera. I do not want to spend my money at a business where I am treated poorly.
