I would rate 0 if I could. I was there for the pick up order. I drove a sedan on the first day but the TV didn't fit. And then I rescheduled to the next day with a larger SUV. Unfortunately, the item was somehow missing overnight at BestBuy. So they helped us place another order and canceled the current one. But they were not able to cancel the order due to the non-working system. The young man who helped us was very friendly and deserves a five-star rating. But the attitude of his manager was not professional.

I was particularly impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. I had some questions about a new laptop and the sales associate I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to explain the different features and helped me find the best option for my needs.
