Came to the Meta store section hoping to try the Ray-Ban Display Glasses. I'm a serious buyer, ready to spend $800, and I wanted to see the display with my own eyes first.
The Meta agent for some reason couldn't let me try them on. The person representing Meta just pointed me to a tablet with pictures of the product. Pictures — for an $800 flagship.
I walked out without buying and without answers. Deplorable service, not a person issue but a service issue.

Went for the Oct 3rd Pokemon event. And first, they made it kids event only and the event page doesn’t say that. There were many people for trading but it was for kids only. And no place to play the game as the event said. Also, the manager kicked us away when we were in line first aggressively and told us “no items to buy, kids only”.. and we left and return.. and later, we realized that there were items for the first two people only in line or even prob one. Dont know why the manager lied and made us not be first and didnt do the same for the people in front neither. Wont come to this BestBuy. In Mountain View people are nicer, polite, fun.. here not. Too aggressive. And they dont follow the event rules and added their only rules. I am okay if this event was for a specific group only, but put that in your event page and dont make people come from far for nothing. Cuz adults we also collect, trade and play the game

Hands-down really love this Best Buy compared to other Best Buy in the area, very organized and very thorough especially for Pokémon trading card drops big release date. Love the general manager, Enis and her manager John. They’re very helpful and kind.
