I don't normally write reviews, but I had to share this experience. After a really disappointing visit at the Encinitas Best Buy, I decided to try the Carmel Mountain location- and wow, what a difference! Chris S, the manager, was incredibly kind, attentive, and understanding. He took the time to listen, help, and turn what had been a frustrating situation into a genuinely positive one. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and his team. As someone who's worked in customer service, I know how tough the job can be, and I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond the way Chris did. To my friends in the Encinitas area, skip the store there and make the drive to Carmel Mountain. It's absolutely worth it!

Call the store and you quite literally cant talk to a person unless you answer their automated 21 question game. After 8 questions I got nowhere and had none of my questions answered. Won't be using Best Buy anymore.
