I went in to best buy to trade in my computer and got quoted for a certain price that I was happy with. I went to checkout and was then told a different price I wasn’t so happy with. My computer was already wiped at this point so I wasn’t quit sure what to do. Instead of basically telling me take it or leave it I was met with compassion and helpfulness by zay , brenda and martin . They helped get me the credit I was told originally without a second thought . Hands down the best service I have ever received from a store and I will continue to shop at this best buy knowing how the employees treat their customers . These 3 definitely deserve all the praise and more!!!
