I originally scheduled a home service to pick up a TV return. Later, I changed my mind and decided to return it in-store instead. Before doing so, I asked the return service desk if this was okay. They said yes and directed me to the TV section to cancel the home service.
At the TV section, after checking my return receipt, the assistant told me I had done things in the wrong order and that I had “created trouble” for them. He said the store manager would have to deal with this “trouble.” I explained that I had followed the return desk’s instructions, but he seemed uninterested.
I ended up calling the home service myself, and the cancellation was completed in just a few minutes. So there was no “trouble” at all. The assistant, Steven/Thomas(couldn’t recall his name), never apologized and acted as if I had caused him a major problem. Very interesting approach to customer service.
On the positive side, the store manager, Brenda, was pleasant and helpful.

This employee clearly has a personal dislike for clients. If you want a good experience, it's better if she doesn't approach you at all. She interfered with my work with another consultant, and because of her actions, my laptop was unplugged during a data reset - now it's completely broken.
Even her facial expression looks bitter and resentful. I came expecting cheerful, helpful service - instead, I was met with negativity.

Larger size BestBuy with everything!! Computers, TV's, Stereo, Appliances!! Gets crowded but large parking lot. Helpful and well-staffed.
