I’m not sure what’s going on with the customer service at this location but I came in for a simple return and was met with all kinds of attitude the entire time for no reason by one of the clerks named Sally. Very weird attitude and condescending tone.

My wife and I returned to this store to get a refund on two international power adapters we purchased prior to a trip to Asia. After this multi-week long trip and finding no use for the adapters, we were told that not only were we outside of the two-week return policy but also that we had no recourse for return. A manager would not even physically come to the desk and instead relayed through the clerk that they would not even give us store credit.

All 5 stars to May. The best customer service I have received in quite some time. I came in with just a picture of a TV and May walked me through the whole process.
Turns out there was only one left and it was in the back. I would have been looking for a while before I figured it out. Best part, it wasn't even their department! An employee walked by and said, "hey that's not a computer" jokingly. It's when I knew I was in the presence of someone who was truly there to help.
They then walked me through the warranty process and was able to apply a discount. May deserves some recognition for their hard work.
