excellent customer service
Not great customer service. If you buy a MS Office product download, don’t expect any help from the store.
Receipt from Best Buy states to go to office.com/setup to activate. Continually received “token not found” error when trying to activate. Was told by the store to call Microsoft. Microsoft said to deal with Best Buy. Went back to the store and they said call Best Buy Corporate.
After a good amount of digging online, found out I had to go to Microsoft.com/redeem in order to activate. Can’t imagine I’m the only one to have encountered this and would have been much easier if the place that sold this product had the correct information.

The worst customer service ever to exist. If you can get your electronics somewhere else I highly encourage you to do so. And don’t buy their membership it’s a money grab from them and useless.
