I’m a Best Buy cardholder. I bought a robot vacuum and ran into an issue. When I contacted support, they simply sent me off to the manufacturer, offering no solution themselves. For a large retailer, this is unacceptable. One star. I won’t be buying from you again.
Cool store. However when I went to make a purchase the young guy tried to sign me up for their credit card without my knowledge or permission. Weird vibes at this store as if they were high as well, but I’m not from San Diego so maybe that’s normal for people here. Just order online if you have to come here for something big.
