Went to beat buy to purchase a full set of appliances for a unit and the sales rep clearly didn’t want to work. They have a nice showroom but the rep refused to look at the different models to find what I was looking for. I needed a counter depth fridge without a water dispenser and he was trying to sell me one with the dispenser and not willing to check the system to see what options they had. I don’t think they work on commission. I did find a stove at a really good price but it was so frustrating dealing with him that I walked away and bought everything at Lowe’s. They had good price, good customer service and efficient. They wanted to make the sale and they got the business. And with the pro account I got a discount. Don’t buy appliances at Beat buy. And I also found out that random business and people will sell appliances in the Best Buy website but they are not affiliated with Best Buy so you have no warranties. Stay away.

This store has great customer service skills! I originally went to the El Cajon store. I waited 15 minutes at the counter for service without any acknowledgement. I then asked if I could be helped, only to wait another 10 minutes.. Nothing, no acknowledgement, no eye contact, nothing. After a few more minutes, I started to escorted my 2 grandchildren out. I was pretty frustrated. On the way out, I used the "F" word and the manager was quick to correct me, but not concerned why I was frustrated. I had just spent over $2000.00 a few weeks before. I will go out of my way back to the Mission Center store. They seem to appreciate their customers more. I live in Harbison Canyon, near Alpine!
