Today I had a great experience at Best Buy Mission Valley San Diego, from the store greater that was super nice and helpful providing me directions, he even brought me a shopping cart when he notice I intended to buy a portable AC. When I was shopping for surveillance cameras a nice gentleman Asian American was very helpful, and direct to purchase exactly what I wanted. From by randomly asked if I needed help while o was browsing video game peripherals. Mykael from appliances was very helpful and even made purchase an extended guarantee that I would normally don’t purchase. The staff in the register also provided great costumer service and at end. Another blue shirt help me to load the portable AC to my car. Way to blue shirt team!

I came in today because I was having trouble with my laptop, and Kathelyn from Geek Squad worked her magic! She had my computer fixed and running properly in about 15 minutes. What impressed me even more was her superior customer service, while I was there, she assisted more than 10 customers, and she handled every person calmly, professionally, and efficiently without missing a beat. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and productive the entire time. Kathelyn is truly an asset to Geek Squad and deserves recognition and honestly, this lady needs a raise! I am disappointed with best buy, they rarely have anything in store. I may as well order online from Amazon.
