Interesting business model, they try to not sell you anything as there are not enough employees present, and they seem very tired. You stand there to find someone that can help for 10-15 min. Hire more Employees BestBuy, and pay them better
Had to come here several times this month because of tech issues I was having, but every employee I spoke with was incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. The experience was great, big box stores like this can be intimidating but I had only good experiences, especially with Alex(?), Cesar, and others! I understand why this store is still around
Worse decision I have made in a very long time stepping in there. Was promised a monthly payment from the AT&T team and by no surprise I was lied to.
