Before amazon, I would have given Best Buy five stars because their selection of products were great and the customer service was was excellent.
Today the products are good but their customer service is horrible. There was a kid to help me out finding a gaming keyboard and he looked bored as can be. He was unprofessional, unhelpful and terribly rude. The woman at the checkout was very similar, neither of the two smiled or greeted me, they refused to make eye contact. If this is the level of professionalism that Best Buy is now going to put forward, I will not come back!
