Great products, spent nearly $18k on a fridge only to have the worst customer service ever. Promised over the phone to have the fridge delivered in 4 days, they botched the follow up and missed delivering on 2 promised dates.
Ton of add-ons for delivery and install costs so don’t believe the “free delivery”.

Anton was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, informative, and responsive. We worked with him on pricing and size options for a built-in refrigerator, including accessibility features due to my use of a wheelchair. He was always happy to help. He stated that he had the best job because he was here to help inform people who were already looking to make a purchase--he was not there to steer or convince people to buy a particular item. He lived that mantra and it made our shopping experience very positive. Highly recommend him and that store.
