Anton was not only super helpful, he also did not pressure us at all with the purchase of our appliances. He was very knowledgeable about all the brands and helped us hone in on what we were looking for, without pressure. He was patient with us while we explored our options and gave us all the time we needed to make our final decision. He even suggested an item we hadn’t considered to go along with our appliances but didn’t want us to feel pressure to purchase today so he printed our information for us to look into at home! This is how sales should be done!

This is Cindy, Mitch's wife. I have been working with Jared since last year when we bought several things from Pacific Sales. All items were packaged and stored in San Diego until we moved to Charleston the following year. All items were great except for the Alfina mirrored door on one of the three the medicine cabinets. Jared was so helpful in getting a replacement out to us. Unfortunately, the replacement also had a scratch on the mirror. I reached out to Jared and again he is helping us get this resolved. He is a very pleasant and competent young man who has a wonderful work ethic and we are confident he will come through for us.
