I never take the time to write reviews, but felt compelled to after such great service. When it was time to purchase appliances for a kitchen remodel, and after having tried a few high-end appliance stores in Orange County, we headed to Pacific Sales. Not remembering who we worked with in the past, we started working with Kim P. We are so incredibly thankful to be working with her. Kim offers great advice and suggestions without being pushy or impatient. After multiple visits, we finally settled on what we wanted. Kim tracked every detail along the way and had the order ready when we arrived. It was a large order with multiple delivery dates that have shifted multiple times during the process. Each time, Kim has patiently and professionally taken care of any and all changes. Highly recommend this Pacific Sales location and Kim in particular.
