My wife and I went to Pacific Sales to buy a dishwasher, washer & dryer. David Sablan was our Appliance Specialist. Not only was he very informative on the products, there was never high pressure to buy a specific product(s). The best was that he was very courteous and was more interested in our needs rather than what he could sell us. David is the BEST!

I had the pleasure of meeting Xylina Romero, who helped us select a dishwasher. She was not only knowledgable, but patient and worked with us closely to understand what was important to us in buying a new dishwasher. We chose the Bosch 800 and are hoping we will be extremely happy with our choice.
My husband and I both felt that the customer service in the store was just what we needed, and we will now only get our appliances from this store. Hopefully we always will be able to work with Xylina or if she is not available hopefully people like her that Pacific Sales hires.
