Parking lot looks shady, building looks shady, inside the building looks shady but the employees were very nice and helpful. Wish management would put resources into the floor display and building to make it feel more welcoming and inviting.

We were looking for a new cooktop and Pacific Sales had a large variety to choose from. Manny was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the right cooktop for us.

Matthew T helped us in the store today while we were trying to figure out the best shower setup for our bathroom remodel. We had a lot of questions about options like three shower heads versus two, different hardware configurations, and what would work best for our space. Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to walk us through everything, explain the differences in a way that was easy to understand, and gave us a much deeper understanding of how the systems actually work. We left feeling confident in our decisions and clear on the next steps. Highly recommend asking for Matt if you need help thinking through a bathroom project.
