Matthew T helped us in the store today while we were trying to figure out the best shower setup for our bathroom remodel. We had a lot of questions about options like three shower heads versus two, different hardware configurations, and what would work best for our space. Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to walk us through everything, explain the differences in a way that was easy to understand, and gave us a much deeper understanding of how the systems actually work.
