Dave Sablan was extremely knowledgeable about the dishwashers I was considering, which made the decision-making process quick and easy. And, a special thanks to Luna! Let me be frank; David Lucero, Matthew, and Charles absolutely knocked it out of the park with our HUGE purchase today! I am genuinely astonished by the amount of versatile knowledge that the former two gentlemen named presented. We found everything we were looking for and then some! A true standout to top off our visit at this location was Charles, and not only his incredible patience, but his impeccable attention to detail when it came to having all of our purchase information be as organized as humanly possible. What a masterclass! When it came time to pay, he took no issue with us having to call the bank in order to get our transaction approved. In fact, he personally took the time to assist us with the customer service individual on the other line. I’ve never had a member of upper management take nearly as much initiative as he did to practically change our day-to-day lives at home. This is the kind of retail care that I’ve missed throughout all of these years, and Charles proved that that still exists if you look hard enough. Please don’t hesitate to take a chance on this store location; you won’t be disappointed.

I recently purchased a set of SubZero refrigerator/freezer 36 inch columns from Pacific Sales Mission Valley on Morena Blvd in San Diego. Charles Munden assisted with my purchase and I could not have been more pleased with the level of customer service he provided. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process, right down to the installation. Therefore, when it came time to purchase a full kitchen and laundry set up for an ADU, I didn’t even consider going anywhere else other than Pacific Sales. I specifically requested Charles for the purchase and, once again, he knocked it out of the park with the level of customer service he provided. He not only accommodated an undetermined delivery date due to the construction process, he also matched or beat any competitors pricing.
