I have to say that the team who served me was one of the most helpful and professional teams. I have met in a long time. David was my sales representative- someone whom I found highly knowledgeable and able to guide after pulling together our various needs. Alison at the front was similarly professional, and went out of her way to meet our needs. I can’t say thank you enough to this team for helping us through a very complicated process, which we went into without having any idea what we wanted or needed. ❤️

We had a complicated issue with a new home we just purchased. The range, the builder installed, was the wrong size. Who ever designed the kitchen was terrible! The dishwasher door would not open all the way because it would hit the range oven door. We went to Lowe's and Home Depot. We were stuck! Until we went to Pacific Sales and met Manny Jordan! He was diligent in his effort to help us. Manny worked tirelessly measuring and searching the many products on the floor and in the computer system. He found two ranges he thought could work. Manny then arranged for a Pacific Sales installer to come to our home to see which of the two ranges would work. The installer was very helpful and spent a good deal of time with my husband to find the correct range. Manny had found one that would work! The Forno French oven door range!
We had plans to purchase a new dishwasher, washer and dryer from Lowe's. We ended up purchasing everything through Manny. We were so impressed with his work ethic, customer support and welcoming kind personality. I highly recommend Manny at Pacific Sales. He is a great guy!
