Don't trust pacific sales. They asked me to take an early delivery because they needed room in their warehouse and assured me I wouldn't run into warranty issues when we installed.
We'll we ran into warranty issues when we installed and they said they can do nothing about it now because I didn't have anything in writing from them.
I'll be finding a new distributor for our appliances/plumbing needs.
