I was shopping for new appliances for my remodeling home. I went to Pacific Sales Kitchen & Homes Appliances and Charles greeted me when I walked in. He was so pleasant to work with and he is very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me whith what I was looking for.
If you ever need new appliances, I recommend you to go there and ask for Charles. You will not be disappointed!!!

This is a phenomenal location for appliances and plumbing fixtures. Their selection is extensive and the quality of their products is excellent. Their staff is knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and engaging.
It has been a sincere pleasure working with them. In particular, I highly recommend working with Dan in plumbing. He went above and beyond by allowing me to return and exchange a sink due to an oversight on my part when I ordered the incorrect size.

For plumbing… I only work with Dan, the plumbing manager. He is Extremely helpful and Insightful. I have outfitted two brand new bathrooms with plumbing by Brizo and Grohe.
For appliances, I have purchased a number of appliances for two of my condominiums. The only person I work with is.. Xylena Romero. I’ve purchased two refrigerators, two combination, washer, dryers, and an 18 inch dishwasher from her .
Everyone at the store is extremely professional, but these two individuals are exceptional. Great products overall with the backing of Best Buy warranty and installation.
