Dan and Mike were very professional and knowledgeable. We definitely knew what faucets we wanted but that style wasn’t on display. Dan took the time to look up on the computer several examples to show us. We ended up buying bathroom sink faucets, shower slide bar and diverter.

We already had a few appliances in mind, but his guidance helped us finalize our selections and build out the order. Alison walked us through the financing and rewards options and made the purchasing process straightforward. She was also able to help us when we returned later to purchase additional items, which made everything much easier. Dan helped us sort through a wide range of sink, faucet, and accessory options. He took the time to answer our questions and helped us find the right fit for our kitchen. We were even able to get the faucet we wanted during a sale. We appreciate the time, knowledge, and customer service that Manny, Alison, and Dan provided throughout the process. Their teamwork made a complex remodel project much easier to navigate.
