Our clothes washer broke down and I went to Pacific Sales to find a replacement since I have had great experience there over time. This experience was top notch as well. Xylina was super helpful at helping us identify options with the size, features, price and availability we wanted, and Angela was great at helping with the purchase and delivery too. The store has a great selection and it is really wonderful these days to find staff like Xylina and Angela who are very knowledgeable, efficient and customer focused. The washer was delivered as scheduled by a crew that also did a great job, and the washer is perfect for us. No question we will continue to go to Pacific Sales for our appliance needs!

All around terrible experience. Got a quote one day, called the next day to order and they told me prices had gone up and they wouldn't honor the previous day's quote. I went ahead and bought from them anyhow. The appliances were backordered. Months later I hadn't received a call with status. I call them and the appliances had come in. No bother for a courtesy call or email. Next headache was installation. The appliances were delivered on a Monday and the installers came for a site visit and pulled out my old appliances. It took 3 days to get a quote for the installation, and then another 5 days to actually get the appointment. I called Pacific Sales to see if they could get another company out sooner. They cheerily made an appointment with another installer. No show. So I spent 8 days with a 6-appliance obstacle course in my kitchen.
David Spuehler was extremely helpful during our visit and purchase at Pacific Sales Mission Valley. Ringing up our sale took extra time and patience and David provided both!
