Geek quad has been helpful but I found I still need to be familiar with how computers work. They really don’t help you with the software. They just make sure they save your data for you. As for the rest of the store, the staff is really helpful with finding what you need and giving advice

What an Angel 😇 I recently had Best Buy install a JVC stereo with a 9 inch screen into my rig. I would highly recommend anyone driving a older truck have this done. So, here’s my problem, I like to touch things and see what they can do. Unfortunately, this doesn’t always work out in my favor. I reset Google Maps and couldn’t figure out how to fix the settings. I drove the truck up to Best Buy today for help. A gentleman by the name of Angel came out and walked me through not once,but twice what to do in case it happens again. Would highly recommend this particular Best Buy their customer service skills are a five out of five. Well done Angel. You just created a repeat customer.

Everyone at this location is always very nice, polite and helpful. However best buy as a company: Everything is over priced, I bought a GPU from them that was supposed to come with a game and when I didn't get the game code they told me sorry nothing we can do and would not do anything to help remediation the situation. The GPU I bout was the 5090! On a side note, they have a great return policy. Not questions at the store when I returned the 5090 the day before the end of my return window.
