Had a terrible experience buying a TV There
Got there in the morning.. Went to the t v department.. Waited for a half an hour.. Then the supervisor came over to help me.. Just wanted to buy a new t v.. Had the exact t v and model that I wanted , they had it there.. So I bought the t v. The supervisor proceeded to try to sell me a bunch of other stuff that I didn't need.. And then copied down the wrong email address.. I bought the extra stuff t v bracket mount for the wall and install by their third party geek squad.. My girlfriend and edther friends reminded me that I got ripped off.I didn't need all that extra stuff... So I went back and got a refund on the 2 items.I did not need.. From then on it's been a nightmare.. Because He copied down the wrong email address.. At least they had my phone number.. Spent hours trying to update my real Email address.. Customer service couldn't fix it... Still hasn't been fixed... Set up a delivery date for it to be delivered my t v in the morning.. They couldn't deliver it in the morning.. Had to reschedule.. Call the delivery department said that they had multiple deliveries.That day that it wouldn't be delivered till 3 p m-7 p m.. I gotta be at work at 4pm.
All the department seems like they have issues..‼️

The selection of electronics at this store is impressive, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, I did experience a longer wait at the checkout than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place to find what you need, but be prepared for some busy times.
