Better than the otay ranch location. Staff are more attentive but their equipment is more limited.
The security guard also kept following us around which was weird

Some of the best employees I've ever interacted with, they know their stuff and even when it can profit them, the customer comes first. Always clean and always reliable
The worst company in history. It's a mental illness. The shipment may arrive or it may not. They give you reasons like the address is incorrect. I've sent it several times, and I'm still waiting. A week has passed, and every day it's the same thing: my order hasn't arrived. They use artificial intelligence most of the time to talk to customers. Isn't there a phone to talk to the employees? Doesn't this company have any customer service centers? They love to torture customers. I don't recommend this company. It's
terrible, terrible, terrible.
Worst customer service you could possibly imagine, absolutely no accountability, nearly impossible to get anybody on the phone, nothing but promises made and broken. They have wasted my time over and over and not done the promised data transfer on my computer when I purchased a new computer. I paid for all the Geek Squad stuff and all the bells and whistles and got absolutely horrific customer service with zero accountability. Buy a computer ANYWHERE else. They just dont care.
