Actually a great store in terms of layout and stock. Had some good tech and am grateful what I needed was in stock so I could get it same day.
However, checkout area was a train wreck. No one manning the counters, and employees avoiding eye contact as you stand in a poorly demarcated area. Eventually a manager (?) started to help me, then immediately passed me off to another employee who walked by.
Idk really what Best Buy thinks its competitive advantage is to Amazon and B&H is but I guess it's not the personal touch element.

I bought a laptop for $1200 paid cash. I bought mainly for work but my company decided they would provide me the laptop. I never opened, have the receipt. I decided to return. Best buy return policy is you have to signup with them so they can spam you with junk emails and then 15-30 days to refund you with by check. This is BS. charge you $45 restocking fee. return should be the same paid cash, refund should be in cash like other retailers. We Will never shop Best buy ever again. Also told all my coworker and family. Shop Amazon, Costco, Wal-Mart they have most everything and return policy is simple.

Got Power Bank , exceptional Genius bard geek squad. But must say price little more than Amazon and variety is less esp. the newest top end power bank. Still the convince to go get in night and very helpful squad makes it worth the visit. thanks.
