We’ve been using pacific sales for years for complete remodels on our kitchen and baths.
The staff is always very knowledgeable and will definitely go the extra mile to get what you need. Be it special parts, appliances or whatever.
My regular associate had relocated. Now we have a new associate Joseph Nanez who jumped through hoops to get a critical issue we had with an accessory solved! We couldn’t be happier and are very thankful.

Excellent service at this Pacific sales in San Dimas today. Many people approached us and offered their assistance. Joe was the one who ended up helping us out the most explaining every detail of every dishwasher we were looking at. We bought an open box dishwasher, and provided us a great price. We had previously shopped at other big box stores but this store offered best price and service. We will be coming back for other appliances next month.
