I've been going to Pacific Sales for 30+ years. One of their assets is having an amazing floor setup so that you can view the products first hand. I'm really not looking forward to appliance shopping on the South American River. Another one of their assets is Joe. He is very informed on the products, super helpful and patient. Good guy. I had a great experience buying a dishwasher. My next appliance will be bought at Pacific Sales.

We had a very positive experience working with Pacific Sales! We recently bought a new house that had a broken toilet tank lid and we reached out to Pacific Sales to see if they could find us a replacement lid. Stephanie Watkin worked diligently with the manufacturer and was able to have it delivered to the store. Stephanie was great to work with, very professional and communicative. We would definitely return to Pacific Sales for any future needs!
