My rating is based on the install. We had a new washer/ dryer set delivered 2 years ago. SCG just informed me that because the wrong parts were used on the install, there was a massive gas leak as of last week. I've smelled gas randomly for months, but could never pinpoint it. My bedroom shares a wall with our laundry room, & i have been dealing with morning sickness for over a year now. Every single day, sometimes debilitating. 5 days now since it's been fixed, and my health issues are literally disappearing. No more waking up sick. You are either helping people or hurting them when you install products in their home, and the lack of responsibility taken on this is really sad for such a well known company.

I’m so glad I remembered this place! As much as I like the big box stores for some things, the people at Pacific Sales (Paul in particular) are helpful in ways that those other places could not hope to compete with. And even though it was a relatively small order, Paul helped me piece together various hardware for a cohesive look for the remodel of our 70-year-old bathroom. I was expecting pretty high prices, but was very pleasantly surprised at the total. The only negative thing I have to say is that they aren’t closer to my house. (The nerve!) wonderful business. Wonderful people.
