Best Buy resolved my problem in short order. They duplicated my hard drive (some 12 years old) and advised me on getting a new system, which works really well.
Do not buy a tv from here I bought one from the manager and it did not work… they also make it very hard to return anything

Placed an order that was to be delivered the next day, that day I received a text that there was an unexpected delay with not set date for delivery.
That would have been ok but you can’t change to an in store pickup as they say it’s being processed, but the discount delivery service said that have not even received the item to be delivered.
If I wanted to wait this long for delivery I could have just ordered it from Crutchfield or BH photo and get it within 3 days.
If Best buy can’t actually deliver it on time an in store pickup option should be been available.
