After a few really rough retail experiences lately, walking into Best Buy San Francisco was such a relief. I ended up picking up the ASUS ROG Flow Z13, and Alex — the main computer specialist there — was absolutely outstanding.
He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained the processor differences clearly, and made sure I understood what I was getting. What really stood out was that he genuinely tried to save us money by recommending open-box options instead of just upselling. That level of honesty and expertise is rare.
Huge shoutout to Alex for the amazing service. He made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Thank you!

Great new hire at Best Buy. Clever kind patient. I was scammed and had to have my computer wiped clean. "Kevin"
All the employees act like they're too busy to assist you. 🤷♂️
Was notified that order was complete and ready for pick up. Did not have time for the web site "make an appointment" went by store and customer service unable to help. Only Geek Squad and the line wasn't moving so I had to leave. I don't cue. Ever!
