I give the manager and representative 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟5 stars; they both made my experience easy and simple. I had purchased a Rexing dash cam in 2022. Yes, I did purchase the Geek Squad yearly protection plan as well. The manager gave store credit for my old Rexing dash cam.
As of last week, my dash cam started to glitch; it would turn on and reboot itself over and over. It just would not stay on.
The representative, Cheryl or Charlie (woman), I can't remember her name exactly. She took her time to help me find the right dash cam. Thank you both for your concern and helping replace my dash cam for a newer version. 😊

We were impressed by how professional and helpful the staff were when we were trying to pick out a new TV, they walked us through all the features without any pressure. Who knew buying electronics could feel this smooth?
