Placed an order for a washing machine online. Paid IN FULL with plans to pick-up the washer within an hour of purchase. The store is located 56 miles away from my home. Less than 5 miles from the store and almost two hours after my initial purchase I get a message saying that my order is no longer available, that the washer has been sold to someone else.. AFTER I paid for it!

They had what I needed on a quick notice. I came here to get phone screen cleaner that is safe to use on electronics and they had it in stock and available. The employees on site and the staff were really qualified and was able to help me find it in the correct aisle. I recommend this Best Buy to anyone who wants convenience and excellent customer service.
