I called ahead of time for service on phone. I brought my own screen inner protector to Geek squad for install and said they would do this with insurance. When arriving said they could not do this. I said ok use your own protector but still unsure and does not have anyways. You would think im telling them to replace the entire screen not do an install. Poor service.

We were in the market for a new TV, after wandering around for a bit a young lady (Jasmin) approached very casual and respectful asking if we needed help, she did a great job asking the right questions on what we were looking for, we ended up with the right TV that works perfectly in our living room. If you're ever in need of a new TV or sound system, I highly recommend asking for Jasmin at the Plant location, we'll be back when our electronic needs arise, thank you. 😊
