Call their number and u get a dumb bot... then it transfers u to a call center and not someone from the store. If I wanted someone from call center I wouldn't have looked up the specific store number. Then call center guy tells you to call the number again. I swear big corporations are getting dumber and dumber when it comes to serving their consumers. It's no wonder big corporations get too much into their big heads to understand the basic principles of sales!
Best buy needs to hire new head for customer support. So not in touch with customer needs at all.
DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. I purchased 2 different sets of speakers IN THE SAME DAY and returned both, THE SAME DAY! As I was assured that either set/pair would work. Neither of them did. WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!! Total lack of knowledge from the staff and I could not be more pissed off. COMPLETE WASTE of my TIME & MONEY!!. Seriously, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!

I was here to buy a HomePod, the folks here are very helpful.
The manager is great! There was a kid who was creating music on Apple garage band in the Apple section and the manager (I guess his name was Matt) was super chill about and let the kid play with the iPad instead of stopping him. Bestbuy should hire more managers like Matt, Matt is cool. 100% recommend this location.
