0 stars if i could, customor service did not help me one bit, told me some random bs that i followed just to end up telling me, "yea we can't help you sorry!" i wasted time, money, and now even my nephew won't get his birthday present! Thank you so much bestbuy!!!!!

Best Buy sucks and going to this one is a soul-depleting experience. Wanted to trade in my Apple 3SE watch and because my band color (direct from Apple - not custom or special in any way) doesn't show up, they can't take it for a trade-in. Was going to buy the Garmin Fenix 8... oh well. Trading the Apple 3SE in because it is seriously the worst device I've ever bought.
