Best Buy The Plant

I called ahead of time for service on phone. I brought my own screen inner protector to Geek squad for install and said they would do this with insurance. When arriving said they could not do this. I said ok use your own protector but still unsure and does not have anyways. You would think im telling them to replace the entire screen not do an install. Poor service.

Great customer service

We were in the market for a new TV, after wandering around for a bit a young lady (Jasmin) approached very casual and respectful asking if we needed help, she did a great job asking the right questions on what we were looking for, we ended up with the right TV that works perfectly in our living room. If you're ever in need of a new TV or sound system, I highly recommend asking for Jasmin at the Plant location, we'll be back when our electronic needs arise, thank you. 😊

This was my second visit to this store, and apparently I accidentally signed up for the “Stand in the Hallway and Reflect on Life” experience again. There were plenty of staff members available — unfortunately, they seemed fully unaware about customers. Meanwhile, I was on a 30-minute quest to find someone to unlock the earbuds. The first time I came for earbuds? Same story. The second time I came for earbuds? Sequel: The Waiting. At this point, I feel like I should bring snacks and a camping chair if I ever decide to try for round three. You see the staff gossiping losing time from afar and them not approaching to help their customers. It speaks volumes of the type of administration this store has. Customer service: missing in action. Hallway standing endurance: greatly improved.
