We have come to this Best Buy to pick up the laptops that we have ordered for 2 little kids. After going around to see lots of kinds of goods, we were at the computer section, but could not find the sample to see how heavy it was. One staff just went directly to help, opened the cabinet and gave one box to us, answered some questions with happy customer service attitude. After that he showed me the place to pick up the laptops very quickly. I didn’t have to wait at all.
- Employees: helpful, friendly, informative about the products…
- Selling goods: they have enough electronic devices: phones, speakers, printers, fridges, ovens…
- Prices: not sure if their prices are cheapest, you have to check with other stores as well, but they have a lot of discounts on items and they can beat the price as well (you have to ask for that).
- Parking: easy to find…
- Recommended to everyone with a need of electronic devices!
