This was my second visit to this store, and apparently I accidentally signed up for the “Stand in the Hallway and Reflect on Life” experience again.
There were plenty of staff members available — unfortunately, they seemed fully unaware about customers. Meanwhile, I was on a 30-minute quest to find someone to unlock the earbuds.
The first time I came for earbuds? Same story.
The second time I came for earbuds? Sequel: The Waiting.
At this point, I feel like I should bring snacks and a camping chair if I ever decide to try for round three. You see the staff gossiping losing time from afar and them not approaching to help their customers. It speaks volumes of the type of administration this store has.
Customer service: missing in action.
Hallway standing endurance: greatly improved.
I went there to pick up a sound bar I bought online. I had a great conversation with some audio experts there and decided to buy something else. At the pickup window, I told them I didn't want to pick up the speakers I had bought. I was told that the order would automatically be cancelled after a few days. I purchased the store's protection plan and contributed to their charity which trains youth in vocational programs and left. A few days later, I got a notification that the sound bar was picked up and that I was charged for it. I called them but was told that the store didn't pick up phone calls and I had to go there in person to resolve it. I don't have time to resolve a theft or fraud so I didn't go back.
Great helps from staffs. Friendly
Still a mess. Features sales but they're out everywhere and it can't be ordered. Display selection inconsistent. Pretty mediocre experience.
