They had the apple computer my daughter wanted for school. The two guys at the register were on a never ending campaign to get us to buy back up plans, get a credit card instead etc. I did not appreciate being bombarded with all that garbage. If the apple computer is a crap product and could overheat and die why am I buying it? Their approach of trying to create doom of the product going bad unless we purchased some extra protection did not sit well with me. In fact because they kept talking us in circles and kept us their longer to drown us in their sales pitch was fully annoying. This experience was NOT favorable. The only good part was getting what my daughter needed.
