I think they're about to close definitely the store. Way too empty. Shelves less than 50% occupied. Everything I asked for not in store, only online. Sad!! Used to be one of my favorites best buy's

We bought the Sony Bravia 83” TV, it started showing green screen on right side right after a month of purchase. We kept following up with customer support, sent several videos in which problem is clearly visible. Kept getting feedback as they cannot see anything! If you don’t see anything on video, are we just mad for nothing?? Really wish they could come down and we show them in person so they believe us! This is frustrating and time wasting. It was a pretty big purchase for us, but feels like they don't care after you buy. I feel really hopeless and devastated :(
