Walked in for some headphones, walked out with them and the Verizon guy saved me money in my cellular and WiFi bill. He ended up getting me a free iPhone and doing my data transfer from old phone to my new iPhone 17. Bill went down by atleast 100$. Very pleasant environment, employees are friendly. I would recommend a visit if you'd like a place that has knowledgeable workers and care about getting you right.
We bought a refrigerator from here because the price was good and they guaranteed that it would be available for delivery on Friday. Thursday night, they call and tell us that it won't be. As we were moving that day, and needed a fridge this was a huge problem. It wasn't even going to be for Saturday, because that was a weekend.... So they were trying to tell us Monday. Awful service. They don't care. And everyone we spoke acted like this was perfectly acceptable... to have 3 days with no place to store our food.
There are better places to shop that might actually care about you getting what you order.
Nice place to get gaming consoles
Needed a new fridge when our 20 year old GE Signature could no longer freeze ice. 21 degrees was good enough to store ice already frozen - like bags from the store. We knew then the old GE was running on borrowed time.
After Best Buy delivered (white glove handling of course) they installed it in the kitchen space. It go only part way in - with an extra 8" sticking out, -but it was functional. Good enough.
Next we needed some cabinet carpentry to make it fit - we hired the guy to do that tomorrow - a local furniture builder - he says it will be done in 30 min tomorrow morning. Problem solved. So far we are loving our new fridge.
So far the only things we don't like are "convenience" features like the door-is-open alarm that beeps after a too-short time. There is no option to stop it or lengthen the time before it beeps. Nothing in the manual either. While the door alarm would be a great feature for a young family with kids, what about us over-60 types? My cat can't open the fridge door (yet).
Can anybody tell how me how to stop the insane beeping?
If not I will start disconnecting some wires inside it. Or hire an electrician.
