I purchased a Screen Protector at this location when I Purchased my new phone. I pay for the Best Buy total care Service. My screen protector broke and I went in for a replacement. They did not have one in stock and refused to order me a replacement, I asked when do you think you will get them in stock again they said they don’t know. I asked to speak to a manager and she said the same thing. Meaning the Total Care Service is fraudulent. If you refuse to order me a replacement and refuse to restock the item they don’t have to warranty it. I called the customer care number, I spoke to a nice representative who was unable to resolve my issue. She connected me to their manager who refused to offer any help. She was just insisting I need to go back to the store. She refused to call them or help out in anyway.
