customer service is literally shit here. Basically the staff don't care. It almost felt like I was walking into a DMV and playing a game of revolving agents. I just wanted to buy a product which was locked and they sent to over to 3 places and left me hanging for 20 mins and no one attended. Screw this location
I went in there today, because I received a wrong item from bestbuy.com
The first associate I talked to was very kind. However the store manager was rude. He insisted that it's impossible for me to received the wrong item, because that item is from Chino (my original order was supposed to come from San Carlos) and was ordered the day after my order. He also said I can either get a refund or buy a new laptop and pay the difference because I ordered the openbox laptop while it was on sale.
I came home double checked. Both claims were false. The shipping label says Chino and it was shipped after the wrong item was ordered. So the order was fulfilled from the wrong place with wrong item from the beginning. The open box laptop is in stock. The guy just didn't want to order that and replace, because he thought I was lying. Don't believe me? Check the order , BBY01-807094000386 and see the photo of the item I received.
Very unhappy with how this all went.
I was having a major problem with my cell phone. The geek squad fixed my problem. Big positive shout outs to The geek squad! Absolute rockstars!!
