Came in today to get my husband a tv for fathers day. At first we couldnt find someone to answer his questions then along came Josh and answered all my husbands questions. And he got his new tv. I felt bad because he stayed after closing to help us. So a huge thank you to Josh for amazing customer service. As a manager myself I truly value amazing employees who go out of their way.

Short staffed. You have to tell a host what you're looking for and then they track someone down to help you. I came in to buy a $1500 MacBook and they sent someone over who knew nothing about macs.
