Visited this Best Buy during a trip. Overall it was a good Best Buy with friendly staff.
However I was looking for a specific cable, and i asked for help from 2 people and they were willing to help but expertise wise they did not find me the right product. I needed the male port for my charger brick but they sold me the wrong female port (I had my brick with me and showed them in person) I will have to return it

Great customer service . I didn't get the guys name that helped me with my printer, but he was great. I had so many questions and he was able to answer all of them. He listened to what I said I needed and without hesitation, he suggested the printer I ended up buying on the 24th, and it's perfect!!!!! It's been a long time since I have had such great customer service
