I’ve ordered an LG Electric Range on Aug 26 with delivery scheduled for Sep 12. Since then it was delayed four times, with numerous messages/emails/calls. The application is garbage - at some point, it showed me that delivery is scheduled for Thursday the 18th and right next to it a message that I need to schedule an appointment. When I called the customer support, I was told that there is no appointment in their system and the earliest they have is for 19. So we scheduled on phone, and I received a text confirming it, then in few hours another one saying that I need to schedule an appointment. On 18th, called them to find out why I need another appointment. Turned out they can’t deliver and the earliest now is 29th. Told them to call me only when they have the item ready to install. Next day, got another text and called back. Was advised to setup an appointment for 30th, which I did. Finally, today, Sep 20, I found a voice mail they left yesterday saying that item is not available and asking to call back. This was last drop - I’ve canceled it and ordered through the Home Depot.
