Rick was absolutely wonderful! He assisted us with kitchen and bathroom products necessary for our remodel! We were new to this whole process and Rick expertly advised us! We purchased a Blanco kitchen sink, a Brizo kitchen faucet, TOTO toilets, Pfister bathroom and shower faucets! So many details he addressed professionally! We are thankful to have worked with Rick!

I bought several Bosch appliances from Ken. I knew all the products that I wanted so Ken and I just got to business writing everything up. He did add one small piece of kit for my cooktop that I hadn’t identified so his knowledge helped there for sure! He was laid back, efficient and helpful.
Just writing up the order isn’t the end of the buying experience, it still has to be delivered, etc. I called him for status and again Ken was on it. Again, super helpful and efficient.
I had walked in there knowing I was looking to work with Ken and I’m glad that it happened that way. If I buy more appliances, I’ll be sure to reach out to Ken.
Quick shout out to Rick for helping with the Blanco sink and faucet I ordered. Another good guy, well done there too.

Absolutely 5+ Star service from Kenneth E. at the San Juan Pacific Sales store. Kenneth was patient, listened to what I needed in the new appliances, he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and was amazingly swift accessing information on the computer and figuring out measurements. His excellent customer service skills are a real asset to the store. Thank you, Kenneth, as it is not often you get that level of competency and service these days!
