My dryer recently quit after an unexpected power outage and surge in the area. I needed a quick replacement and had some space issues to address. I went to Pacific Sales and was helped by Susie. She was very knowledgable and provided me with some important information to guide my purchase. Within a week of delivery, my washer also failed, so I went back to the store for more help. Again, Susie stepped up and quickly got me a functional replacement, at a great price. I've been shopping at Pacific Sales for years and was concerned they'd lose their customer service touch when Best Buy took over. I'm happy to report Pacific Sales still has the same high level of service at the San Juan Capistrano store, and I will definitely return for any purchases in the future.
