Unfortunately my experience with Pac Sales was not a positive one. We went there for our kitchen remodel appliances. Firstly, the Bosch drawer dishwasher we received was dented in several places upon receiving. Was told it would take another 6 to 8 weeks to receive a replacement, so I called around an found one would could be delivered much sooner. Secondly we ordered a Viking range. Now we did order this in a color and we're told that it was a special order and could take approximately 2 to 3 months to receive, ok understood. Unfortunately, the person handling our order ordered a propane operated stove versus a gas unbeknownst to us. The error was caught awhile after we ordered and was not told about. The problem was then corrected but suffice it to say we did not receive our stove until 6 months after original order. Not happy being that it was expensive and who can go without a stove for that long especially with the high cost of eating out these days. After all this we felt some sort of compensation or discount should occur. We are now about 2 months in and still battling this issue. Just saying if you would like a better choice try Ferguson. I

We were shopping for a cooktop and double oven. Jonathan, who is very knowledgeable on the different brands including specific features and benefits assisted us. We are pleased with the service. I recommend this store.

Finally!! We went to a number of different places that looked (online) like they’d have what we wanted: a simple showroom where we could see and sit on different toilets and select the ones we wanted. This place is it! Not a fancy shmancy showroom with designer showers, tubs, and toilets that all run $10k (or more!) but rather a down to earth showroom with a wide range of products, features, and price points. Rick Bluck, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He guided us through the process and made recommendations which we had not considered. His professionalism and easy going manner made the purchase of 4 new toilets a breeze. Will definitely be going back to Pacific Sales Kitchen & Bath when we start working on other areas around the house!
