Sales Floor and Purchase: Sonia (our sales rep) and Sash (our floor manager) provided customer-focused, knowledgeable and efficient service for us while we shopped for a washer/dryer setup. Sonia went above-and-beyond our expectations by providing relevant and comprehensive appliance information and then doing extra online research and phone calls to the vendor to help resolve our questions about a particular dryer accessory -- we appreciate her initiative and efforts to own the issue until satisfactory resolution!
Delivery and Installation: Hector and his installation crew were very efficient, customer-focused, and knowledgeable! They used creative trouble-shooting to install our washer and dryer in a raised-step space that would normally require either additional cement work or another appliance footprint -- we were grateful that Hector was able to solve our issue -- thank you!

Everything was five stars! The excellent service began with our very first phone call. Susie, the sales manager, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. She took the time to answer all of our questions, and by the end of the conversation we were excited to come meet with her in person.
Within 30 minutes of arriving, we were completely confident in our purchase. The entire process was efficient, seamless, and stress-free. Best of all, our new refrigerator will be delivered in just two days! When you’re unexpectedly without a refrigerator, that kind of fast, organized service is invaluable.
