Rick from the plumbing department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to get a hand-held shower installed in my existing shower. When I showed him what I had, he said all I needed was a diverter, a hose and additional shower head. I thought I was going to have to replace everything, so this was a huge savings for me. I also got a beautiful new faucet for my kitchen. I didn’t want to get a new sink, so he suggested I get new flanges to match the accent color of the faucet and it looks great! It was a pleasure working with Rick. I wholeheartedly recommend him for anyone who has plumbing needs. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had at Best Buy in San Juan Capistrano!

We went to Pacific sales for our bathroom remodel. We found gorgeous faucets. We also purchased a large free standing tub the Breanne made by Akdy. It is long enough to stretch out and deep though for a nice soak. It have a small deck on the side to mount faucets, but I chose to use it for products and got a traditional tub filler. It's too soon to give a practical review but I was very pleased with the quality and price.

We recently shopped at Pacific Sales for appliances and plumbing needs. The staff there were spectacular! They answered the myriad of questions we had and assisted us in choosing what best fit our needs. What impressed us the most was how friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming everyone was at the San Juan Capistrano store. The store manager Sonia impressed us with her vast knowledge of every brand/model they carry. She happily answered all our questions and provided us a detailed list of what we discussed. We loved working with her. Sash and the rest of the administration team helped in any way they could when it came to the delivery and installation of the products we chose. And finally , Rick in plumbing was great in helping us find the best plumbing in both price and quality for our bathroom and kitchen. All in all, what a great experience and relationship we have with this organization and store. We can't be any more positive in recommending Pacific Sales in San Juan Capistrano.
