I visited the store today to meet with Jeff in plumbing about making an exchange on a plumbing part & ordering additional plumbing supplies for a multi bath remodel we are doing. Jeff, as usual, is always very pleasant to deal with & makes the experience fun. He is very knowledgeable & I appreciated his help.
Kim helped process my return/exchange & got me on my way quickly.
I also visited with Johnathan, in appliances again, about a suite of appliances that I need for our upcoming remodel of our kitchen, pantry & bar areas. Johnathan’s always very helpful, knowledgeable & pleasnt to deal with.
Jeff, Johnathan & Kim are more than willing to help & price match any other competitors pricing. I love this Pacific Sales showroom much better than the others I have dealt with. Everyone seems so much friendlier & willing to help.
I look forward to working with them on this project as well as many others in the future.

Rick from the plumbing department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to get a hand-held shower installed in my existing shower. When I showed him what I had, he said all I needed was a diverter, a hose and additional shower head. I thought I was going to have to replace everything, so this was a huge savings for me. I also got a beautiful new faucet for my kitchen. I didn’t want to get a new sink, so he suggested I get new flanges to match the accent color of the faucet and it looks great! It was a pleasure working with Rick. I wholeheartedly recommend him for anyone who has plumbing needs. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had at Best Buy in San Juan Capistrano!
