We purchased 3 Insignia universal television stands only to find out the 24J12J UPC code 6 00603 28597 4 does not include 8 critical screws! The package of hardware doesn't list them, but the assembly instructions do. We went to three stores to get them!

I came to the wrong place, this is just the best buy warehouse.

Today, September 19, around noon time, a young gentleman helped me and he was very professional and kind. I thought I could have my PC repaired on site, but it was only a distribution center. I'll go to the stores as he suggested. He also mentioned about repairs.
