Tried calling for an estimate on computer work, was routed to India, they could only give a range of prices. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO TALK TO OUR LOCAL STORE!! I will not drive 15 miles if I don't know if they can do what I need done. I will not shop there anymore.

Well stocked, knowledgeable staff, professional, friendly and this location has a solid selection of quality electronics.
The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The store is conveniently located and well stocked.
They gave me the wrong computer, it was a cheaper than one than what I paid for. When you call to get help it automatically transfers you to a person in another country who can do absolutely nothing to fix their mistake.
