Went in at open on a Sunday to buy a phone and activate a new line. At the mobile counter, Ezra assisted us. From the start, Ezra demonstrated impressive expertise, answering questions quickly and effectively. Feeling confident in his guidance, I proceeded with a trade-in and new line activation. The promotion turned out to be even better than expected, prompting my wife to trade in her phone as well.
The process hit a snag during carrier activation, requiring several hours of back-and-forth with carrier reps. Despite the frustrating delays, Ezra remained incredibly patient, professional, and empathetic—balancing multiple customers and managing calls on hold with ease. His dedication made a challenging experience much more manageable.
