Nick assisted me today in choosing a laptop for school. He was SUPER patient. I had my 2 year old with me who is filled with energy. Thanks again for your wonderful customer service!

I would have hoped he would have tried harder to help me keep my money with Best Buy, over something sold by Best Buy (not a 3rd party, like he claimed) and have in stock, but it looks like it's going to an online retailer; like everyone else.

Best buy doest always have what I need but it does cary varieties good store
