Abandon All Hope All Ye Who Enter Here: Formally a decent store. I will never shop here again. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to messages, and they try to sell you excessively expensive insurance plans. They took my laptop in for a repair quote. It had a cracked screen. I was told it would likely be in the $300-$450 range. It came back as over $1,500, which is more expensive that the original purchase price. Now after 2 weeks I can't get it back. Online chat agents tell me that it has arrived at the store, but after several days the status has not been updated. I have left messages for the manager, geek squad and no response. I have wasted 8+ hours of time and I don't have a fix and I can't get my computer back. My next step will to file a complaint with the BBB. What a nightmare!

The store is full of staff standing around chatting that you have to interrupt to get help. They seem to think everyone steals. Theyre in the business of selling higher cost items than most retailers. They should only offer curbside pickup if they don't want people browsing. I was not impressed
