My fiancé and I came from San Francisco to get a dash cam installed in our car. Cecilia with the Geek Squad went above and beyond with the installation. First, the original part we ordered wasn’t compatible with our factory TV screen, Cecilia not only did a seamless return but also promptly got our new rear view mirror cam and saved us over $100 in the process! Since we are not from San Rafael, we decided to walk around the area while we waited and Cecilia called us when it was done (which was a quick process). Not only did Cecilia flawlessly implement the dash cam but Cecilia also fixed a trunk issue that we had! It was so thoughtful, kind, and showed Cecilia’s expertise and knowledge with cars. She gave us her card and told us to call any time if we had questions. My fiancé and I were floored by the absolute quality customer service. It felt like she treated us like family! We will definitely recommend Cecilia and the car service to anyone we know. Bluu also helped us pick out a SD card and the greeter always had a smile on their face (we came in a lot of times lol). Overall positive experience with Cecilia making it the best.

I went there yesterday around 4pm , went to see a new stereo but I asked for help and a guy called on the speaker for assistance, I waited for about an hour and no one helped me . I was upset and told them yall are horrible at your job and some latina was kind to help me but l said no because I was upset and don’t want to step in a store with this kind of service!!!!!!

Place has some decent deals but a lot of high tech electronics.video game selections are decent but they could have more .store is pretty big.variety of electronics is quiet a lot.as prices go I would say it's low price for the area it's located at.if you don't have a lot to spend it's a fun store to browse
