This store is amazing! Always clean, staff is very knowledgeable on the products they have out on the floor, easy parking and quick to check out. The management team is always friendly and really shows good leadership top to bottom. 5 stars.

The employee lied to me about being able to add warranty to my items later. I specifically asked him about the best buy membership. He specifically said "yes that would be smart".
Now I have to return the items if I want to be covered.
Terrible experience.

Went to look for some headphones for the gym with some ideas in mind. A worker asked if I needed assistance from the moment I walked in which was nice as I was open to hearing new recommendations. They recommended me the most expensive headphones there, hardly listening to what i was looking for. I regardless bought the ones i had in mind for way cheaper and am more than satisfied. Feel like i dodged a bullet.
