This is less of a review for the people at the store but rather Best Buy in general. Current management has created a system that can't be trusted. Purchased a phone and had activated at store with a geek squad protection plan that they'd fix the phone in person at the store or provide the original cost of the device to purchase a new phone.
When I had to actually use the policy they said that they can no longer honor the policy i paid for and instead charged me an additional $200 to buy a new replacement that was shipped to my house where i ship back the damaged phone. no shipping label was provided or instructions on how to do so. Im now constantly being passed between different helpdesk phone numbers with no one able to give me a shipping label or instructions. Even trying to call into the location leaves me with no ability to talk to someone saying that geek squad has no direct line.
Don't buy from best buy. you'll regret it if anything goes wrong, the $20 savings is not worth the head ache.
