Place has sales associates that clearly hate their jobs. Kill the attitude and the looks. Might help your struggling business And don’t even bother calling. They use some horrible Ai phone service that works zero percent of the time. You’d get better service talking to the wall

Worst customer service experience. Over promise under perform. The Geek Squad at their San Rafael store doesn’t keep you informed or seem interested in those that trust their electronics to them. Needless to say I am cancelling my membership and regret doing business with them. I don’t think they know much about computer repairs or have dedicated staff to service the membership accounts they sell to the public. They have had my computer for four days. When I have gone in to check status they tell me they are working on it. When I called just now I was told they haven’t started working on it. I’ll never know how many liars they have in Customer Service or in the Geek Squad but obviously there are too many.
