Shout out to Tito in the appliance department! He helped me pick out the perfect stove, made sure I had everything I needed, got delivery, installation, and the hauling away of the old one all set up. Everything was flawless, and the customer service was outstanding!
As crowded that store was I was able to go in ask for help and stand in line to pay all less than 15 minutes. And employees were wonderful.

The worst BestBuy experience till now. I bought an online laptop for 1441 that was ever delivered to me. It can be clearly seen in the UPS tracking that is at a UPS store far off from my place but Best Buy has wrongly marked it as delivered and are refusing to refund my $1441 Worst experience...This is robbery! No one wants to spend time and understand the problem, they just see the status and close my case even without spending a few minutes I guess. Unsure as to what I should do!!! Please help someone.
