They sold me a TV stand the wrong size. Guy thought a 65” stand meant how wide it was (it means TV size). Now the wrong item is coming but trying to talk to anyone about it is a joke. You can’t get in touch with the actual store. Customer service online or phone is abysmal. I live 2 hours from the store but they’re telling me to go back in. All I wanted was to switch to another stand that my TV will actually fit on. Plus I’m disabled and alone so I need them to arrive together. Now I’ll be just getting a TV too heavy to pick up alone, and no stand. SHOULD’VE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE

I usually expect decent customer service from a major retailer like Best Buy, but my recent experience was frustrating and disappointing.
The staff seemed so unhappy, I ask somebody to help me and he completely ignored my request.
When I was paying for the product, I asked the clerk what was the difference between the products because they look the same but different in price, he was not very polite with the answer.
I came in expecting good service and left feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. Best Buy needs to seriously improve staff training and accountability.
Honestly man, if you hate your job… quit and find something you love doing.

Wost service ever. I bought a laptop through their website with a pickup available within 1 hour. 2 days later nobody can tell me when I can pick up my item. They said it's stuck in verification process. Multiple chats and calls didn't resolve the issue. Order cancelled. You guys deserve zero stars.
