Maybe you should take Adam in your appliance section off of commission so he is more willing to answer questions and help other customers on the floor. Your store was extremely understaffed today and I wasted entirely too much time looking to ask simple questions that could have been answered in a matter of seconds. Teach your staff that good customer service leads to future sales. I have a five bedroom unfurnished house in need of everything and I will never step foot in that store again because of Adam and his disregard for customer service.
We went in to purchase a couple of TV's and ended up finding everything else we needed under one roof.
I called the Santa Clarita Best Buy located at 26531 Bouquet Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91350. After waiting over 24 minutes on the phone, the representative I spoke with was extremely arrogant. He refused to provide his name or the name of his supervisor and was completely unhelpful. I found this experience to be very disappointing and a glaring example of poor customer service.
