Manager of the store allows and welcomes ghost chairs 24 hours + in advance to a pokemon drop. Several other best buys do not allow lines until 4 am the day of. Poorly managed store in regards to this.

After years as a Best Buy Member, I'm closing my account after my business partner was racially discriminated at this store. We placed an order for pick up and provided all the necessary bar codes, updated the order in his name and the managers still refused to provide him the product because they did not like how he looked as a person and made that clear.
This store is known for this and to use it likely as a tactic to keep the product as after the incident I wasn't even able to cancel the order for the products they kept as it seems a scheme for the staff to steal the products for themselves.
