Over heard a conversation the manager had with a customer. Husband deployed and in coma. Seems like the lady had all the paperwork to show also. Manager unfazed and showed no empathy. They sad it was up to his discretion to issue and said no to issuing store credit for an unopened item. From a military family our heart breaks for this lady. Please that your husband for his service. Not going back to this Store

There's always an issue sadly. 5 star employees with a 1 star inventory management system, products, and finance offerings.
