Horrible customer service. The store manager and the geek squad manager are rude and have no people skills. The geek squad reps are on their phones while attending customers. Will not return to this location. Unhelpful staff.

Maybe you should take Adam in your appliance section off of commission so he is more willing to answer questions and help other customers on the floor. Your store was extremely understaffed today and I wasted entirely too much time looking to ask simple questions that could have been answered in a matter of seconds. Teach your staff that good customer service leads to future sales. I have a five bedroom unfurnished house in need of everything and I will never step foot in that store again because of Adam and his disregard for customer service.
