The employees are nice and welcoming. However, we had a concern regarding our account. I'm not the type of customer that easily complains about this kind of thing. The manager couldn't resolve it and didn't even try to reassure us. She was just so rude and condescending. She made it obvious that she hates her job.
Sales Rep Roberto assisted us in buying our OLEG TV and was very informative and helpful.
Pokemon day at best buy was so fun! There were 11 of us left in line to get enough of the last items, and Dean, Josh, Adam, and William gathered all of us and arranged a questionnaire game about pokemon and the kids, my friends, and I seemed to be the only ones able to answer the questions lol. Super fun because each right answer we got to pick a pokemon card lol and then the last game was a guessing game to guess the correct number that Josh had in mind to purchase the last AH 2pack and an etb. A kid got an etb so that was so great! All so fun! Great people here from my experience!
Julie and the two young men at the front were AWESOME, they helped me find a few things, and my nephew (who unfortunately has a rare disease and doesnt have nearly as many fun days as a boy his age should) was bouncing off the walls when I told him I finally found what he was looking for! I've been looking for months, and they were so kind, other stores have been very cold-shoulder/rude (about a childrens game), but not Best Buy, these folks were great - helpful, personal, kind. Just the kind of employees you dont see much of anymore, the kind who dont see you as an annoyance, they see you as someone they can help (and even more rare - they want to help!). This rating goes all the way to 11 stars.
