Painful it's so COLD inside 🥶 I can't stay more than 5 minutes ....
Got a washer that flooded my house. Due to Best Buy creating a nightmare network of 3rd parties I had 4 separate companies involved telling me they can’t help because they don’t want to be liable. Best Buy is nearly impossible to get to do anything to help and passes the buck every chance they get. Disgusting how little they care post sale.
Now after spending $2000 on a new washer and dryer I’m having to do laundry at a laundromat and half my house is under threat of mold.
Buy from Costco, a company that actually care about its customers. I wish I did.
Edit: Seems awfully unprofessional for the response to this to be sending a message via social media.

They have a lot of computer, camera parts and repair kits to fix them.
Best buy employees need to seriously step their game up, very little help with the item I need, but the upsell and your protection plan upsell was all in my face, probably won't come here again
