I walk into the store to 3 employees standing in a circle chatting with each other. After asking them for help they said someone else would be right with me and then continued to chat amongst themselves.
Then after a while eventually Rob came to help me. He appeared to be the only employee there that was willing to work, everyone else was literally standing there doing nothing. Rob was great, friendly, knowledgeable and able to quickly take care of me.
This store would be great if they fired everyone except for Rob.

Excellent parking facilities with wide spaces and easy navigation Plenty of parking spaces available and very easy to access. The lot was clean, well-lit, and conveniently located near the entrance.
Was in area from Texas and had a computer question and the older guy behind the computer counter acted as if I wasnt there. Cant really explain it deeper than that. Wish I would have saw his name badge as was a heavy set guy with scruffy beard and he returned to the door where the computers are worked on I presume. Eye contact doesnt mean much anymore I see

Walked in to buy something for a computer repair, looked around couple aisles, couldn't find it(online said it was stocked). Everyone else I saw were with a customer so I go to the only person at the Geek squad cash register. Dude not only looks at me, but ignores me, then walks away and even looks back at me before even shutting door lol Far out, I've always had good experiences with Best buy, this is the ONLY reason I am even taking time to write this review. If the receipt had a survey link I would have done that and THEN included name/position. NE how I asked about who he was they told me but because of his alleged position I wont put the gentleman on blast here since describing his professional appearance (lack of) would be obvious. To the TWO who did help me without even having to ask THANK YOU so much for your help!
