My husband purchased a turntable from Best Buy in Santa Maria that was supposed to be top of the line (over $300). However, the needle in the needle carriage didn’t work. And when he we t back to. Best Buy and asked if they sold the needle separately, he was told No. “You have to buy it online”.
What a complete waste of time and gas, not to mention how unprofessional this business is. If you sell the machine you should also sell basic replacement parts to your customers like the record player needle when the customer needs it.
They just lost a sale!
