In the Samsung phones section of this store, a staff member is standing in the way and blocking the view of the phones; instead of stepping aside, he is busy with his own things on his phone.

I walk into the store to 3 employees standing in a circle chatting with each other. After asking them for help they said someone else would be right with me and then continued to chat amongst themselves. Then after a while eventually Rob came to help me. He appeared to be the only employee there that was willing to work, everyone else was literally standing there doing nothing. Rob was great, friendly, knowledgeable and able to quickly take care of me. This store would be great if they fired everyone except for Rob.
