Im beside myself. I called this store as i live 30 minutes away, and was told by a Rishi who answered the phone after being on hold for 10 minutes who is a best but employee that there were pokemon cards available for in store pickup. When i arrived i asked the front man i believe david if i could buy just one of the boxes they have in inventory, they refused to sell me a box. Why tell me i can go buy a box in stores, then when i get there refuse to sell me one after seeing there was 29 in stock like mentioned to me? Very bad customer service to lie to me about being able to pick one when i drove over 30 miles to get one.
