Walked in around 10:35am Sunday morning 7/5/26 to try and purchase a mini beverage cooler. Unfortunately these items are not on the shelf to walk out with. I had already gone in to the store 2 days prior and received awesome service.
Soon as I walk in I let the person standing on the entrance/exit counter know that I will he needing assistance in purchasing the item mentioned above. He said he would send someone over.
10 minutes went by and I’m just standing like an idiot waiting for someone to show up to help. I decide to walk out while the same employee is still standing by the door doing absolutely nothing. What’s interesting is that guy has been working there over 10 years as I’ve been a long time customer. Complacency must be nice

In the Samsung phones section of this store, a staff member is standing in the way and blocking the view of the phones; instead of stepping aside, he is busy with his own things on his phone.
