We recently made a purchase for a TV for our office, the crew that came out was very informative, came in, assets the information, help us make a better decision on what we had originally planned for, (This helped us greatly) Completed the job, answered all our questions, and made sure the work area looked like they were never here. So great job to the Best Buy! We appreciate you.

Was in the area and decided to go in person to ask if they had an item available. Had a hard time finding an employee. Ended up going to the computer section and asking a Dell employee if they were able to help me with checking stock on an item. He said yes and was told they don't have it in stock. Didn't check with a Best Buy employee, didn't check the back, and didn't check their computers if they have it. He didn't even offer to have the order be placed for me.
After I left, I decided to go through the app to see how long it'll take for delivery and saw that they did have it in stock as it was available for pickup...

Best Buy is great for monitors. The packaging is solid, so they arrive safely. Also, the monitors I've gotten there have always worked perfectly.
