Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought a pair of AirPods less than two months ago and went to charge them like normal and the case overheated and melted the AirPods. I brought them into Geek Squad and after waiting almost an hour, the girl that helped me told me the AirPods were fake and that there was nothing they could do even though I had a receipt and the physical AirPods with me. I asked to speak with a manager that then came over and spoke to me incredibly condescending and like I was a criminal even though I brought in a receipt, the AirPods themselves, AND called Best Buy customer service who told me to bring in the AirPods and they would easily get replaced.
I went last week I think or maybe more to exchange my apple watch SE to the apple watch series 11. The whole process took forever until one guy stepped up and he was wearing glasses. I don’t recall his name but i remember he had the same phone as me (iphone 17 pro but in orange). Other workers thought it wasn’t in stock and didn’t bother to check. They said id have to come back later to pick it up which was weird because I knew they had it. Finally the guy with glasses went and found exactly the one I was looking for. I should’ve asked him first instead of being sent back and forth to different departments. I think he deserves a promotion. I remember I was there for at least more than an hour until I left. Anyway here is my watch😝
Made an appointment to have our laptops diagnosed. We thought we would drop them off and they woukd let us know the issue. NOPE..We stood there for a half an hour while they tried to figure out how they go about fixing our computers and then said they couldn't help us today and we would need to reschedule for another day. We won't be back.
