It was difficult to get help at this store, and they no longer offer a military discount. They did have what I was looking for in stock, as stated in their website so that was accurate at least. This location is lacking on camera accessories and they didn’t have any Starlink accessories.

EXTREMELY frustrating experience.
Initially, I had difficulty receiving assistance on the sales floor (Home Theater) and had to walk to customer service to get help. Once there, the associates were helpful in locating the additional speakers I needed, which I appreciated. However, when I reached checkout, one pair of speakers rang up at a higher price than what was listed on the floor.
When I brought this to the associate’s attention, I was told that the clearance price was no longer valid. After speaking with the manager (who was wearing heart-shaped glasses), I was informed that the displayed price was from 2023 and had not been updated. Furthermore, he stated that pricing discrepancies existed across all products in the store and refused to honor the posted price.
This experience has left me questioning Best Buy’s commitment to fair pricing and customer satisfaction. If prices on the floor cannot be trusted and will not be honored, then how can customers shop with confidence? It feels misleading and unfair to expect customers to pay more than what is advertised.
