Bad customer service, bad sales representatives (Gerardo Gera) had me waiting for 3 hours just to assist me with basic customer care service

I had a very positive experience at this store. A woman, whose name I can't remember, but began with an L, and the manager, Jesse, provided OUTSTANDING service. They took a situation that I thought would be problematic and resolved in very expeditiously! 2 Thumbs up to these employees and the Best Buy store in Santa Maria!
