I cannot say enough about the outstanding service & assistance we received here earlier today. The GM Nikki & the gentleman assisting her Noe went way above & beyond any expectations. We live in the area where the cell phone tower caught fire & won’t be fixed until next week at the earliest rendering us without phone service, internet & TV. Noe & Nikki not only suggested alternatives but Noe greatly assisted us with setting up our new starlink system at the store to make sure we were good before leaving (couldn’t set it up at home because one needs access to the internet to register & pay for the starlink service). They spent at least two hours personally with us….one doesn’t receive this type of service even at 5 star hotels & restaurants. Thanks so much to both of them.

Dark and gloomy store full of bad attitudes and best buy has a 2 week return policy now?! ...I don't know how this location is still in business.
