Such a great experience at Best Buy, Santa Rosa. Brylle helped me out with everything I needed. I was dreading the stress of this purchase, especially on Black Friday, but he made it very easy. I came in a few days before and he spent time helping me pick what was best for me without making it overly complicated, selling me things I didn’t need or rushing me. He gave me his full attention, and I felt really very well taken care of. The whole team was very organized and pleasant despite the stress of working retail on Black Friday. Their system of expediting check outs and customer service was impressive.

Easy to get products, big selection great deals and discounts on premium items.
Where do i begin? Purchasing and all the upsells went perfectly. After that it all falls apart. GeekSquad is bad. Literally, your TV can fall off the wall..... witnessed by the SECOND Concierge team who came to see why the volume stopped working the day after it was installed. And whennit woild work, only in Spanish. Their ‘Concierge Team’ laughable. Their Customer Service via the ‘Concierge Team even worse...and that was speaking to Ivan, one of their “Supervisors” Which brings me to the most current issue that the TV that is less than two months old, wont even power on. Had to file a complaint with the State’s Attorney General so noone else goes through this. Save your money. Shop elsewhere. So many better options. The biggest isnt always the best.
Expecting to have something work properly for more than a day after it was installed shouldnt be this hard. And go throughnit again at 2months unnacceptable.
