Where do i begin? Purchasing and all the upsells went perfectly. After that it all falls apart. GeekSquad is bad. Literally, your TV can fall off the wall..... witnessed by the SECOND Concierge team who came to see why the volume stopped working the day after it was installed. And whennit woild work, only in Spanish. Their ‘Concierge Team’ laughable. Their Customer Service via the ‘Concierge Team even worse...and that was speaking to Ivan, one of their “Supervisors” Which brings me to the most current issue that the TV that is less than two months old, wont even power on. Had to file a complaint with the State’s Attorney General so noone else goes through this. Save your money. Shop elsewhere. So many better options. The biggest isnt always the best.
Expecting to have something work properly for more than a day after it was installed shouldnt be this hard. And go throughnit again at 2months unnacceptable.

I had a dash cam installed a couple of years ago. They installed the camera so that it was always draining my car battery despite me asking them NOT to install it like that. My car battery kept dying, Best Buy “fixed” it and yet my car died again today. I’ve never had battery issues with my car until Best Buy installed this dash cam. This has cost me time and money, I’ve missed appointments, and have been stranded unsafely due to their negligence.
