Management at the Santa Rosa Best Buy location has decided the handicap accessible stall in the men's room is not worthy of a working lock. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt when I was there around a month ago, thinking it likely just happened, but upon going to use the bathroom again when stopping by there today I was granted the privilege of the door being ajar from their broken lock and seeing a gentleman taking a dump.
I am uncertain of whether this is a Best Buy corporate policy or simply the policy of local management at their Santa Rosa location. Either way, I am profoundly unimpressed and would have preferred not to walk up on a gentleman using the toilet, I'm certain he too would have preferred to avoid such an experience.
