i had to write a review about this santa rosa location. the service is always top notch. from picking up an order, a question about a product or sales, the staff is consistently nice and helpful. it’s hard to find that these days. They are also so fast with online orders that pick up inside the store.
I bought my son a brand new $3300 PC that had to get shipped to the manufacturer for repairs within the month. The manufacturer couldn't repair and instead best buy tried to give me a store credit minus the $400 warranty. So basically screwed and forced to purchase from the store. Manager was extremely rude and dismissive.
