Don’t go here if you’re trans or lgbtq. Employees will not offer help and will be so awkward to when I asked to check out a product behind the glass case. On the way out, other cishetero customers were wished farewell from the store meanwhile I’m wasn’t and the employees just were talking amongst themselves. Very rude and very snubbed.

We went to Best Buy today to find 2 things: a new charger for older LG computer and the proper printer cartridge for an older Brother printer. Geek squad rep and 2 different managers misinformed us about both items we requested. .We actually bought the wrong charger and now must drive 45minutes 1 way to return item!
