Recently contacted the Geek Squad in Santa Rosa CA and was very disappointed. As a Geek Squad member, requested service for my large screen TV and after paying an additional $103 for routine diagnostics (on top of my yearly membership) and being told there might be additional fees, I abruptly cancelled my appt. This is consumer theft and I will not be renewing my membership and will not purchase any future TV’s or appliances. A complete waste of my time!
