Ordered a projector, pick it up in store, asked for some quick guidance from staff. I was send to AV department to get help. Here, a store employee that was doing nothing told me that he can't help because he needs a dark room and he doesn't have one. I asked how can I connect an android device to the projector and if I need a cable. He said he can't help. I got back to the register and let them know.
Contacted Vankyo ( manufacturer) for help since I couldn't connect the projector to a Samsung S22 phone. Manufacturer can't be rich either so I will try one more time, if doesn't work will return the projector.
David at Geek Squad dep. went above and beyond for us. Even having no appointment, he gladly assisted us. He explained and even took the time to show us what to do back home to solve a flash drive issue.
Very helpful with my Lenovo computer. In record time they got it cleaned up and back to me. Thanks guys!
