Needed to get a windows laptop, walked and greeted right away. Staff explained all options and charged me right away. In and out in 10 min. Parking was easy and store has many options.

No customer service. Was told the stores do not pick up the phone. Trying to find out about picking up two items totaling $8.00, keep changing date items available. Horrible customer service told me I could not have an order in my cart to purchase because I don't have Skn number. Worse service anywhere. By the way, when I purchased a phone in the store sales girl walked off to help a couple, when I was asking about the phone. This is the sherman oaks, california store.
