Ordered a PS5 Pro at 1:42, it says it will be ready to be picked up in an hour.
Got off of work and drove over, arriving at 3:20, it wasn't ready, the Pickup employee said she saw it in the system but couldn't do anything to get it out. She told me I could buy another one from her right now and cancel the pickup, it would just take an extra 3-5 days for my pickup to be returned to my bank.
I waited until 4:00 and had to home for dinner with the family.
It's now 5:42 and they STILL don't have it ready? How is that possible when I was told I could walk out with one if I purchased it again? Called to get some clarification over the phone and spoke with an employee, he said the order is still being processed on their end because even though they already took the money out of my account, they may not have one in stock.
Why would the lady try to sell me one then?
Best Buy, your company sells technology don't you think you should have your inventory systems up to date? Shouldn't your staff be able to see when there is no stock??
