The team is clueless and lacks basic knowledge and understanding of the products they sell, I had to correct a staff member multiple times that they are wrong . I also find it annoying that they ask people to join Best Buy Plus every few minutes, and intentionally telling misleading information about the program and its benefits, which when challenged they corrected themselves. Very disappointing and frustrating experience, I will unlikely ever visit again.

Really good service received from the young man at the check out desk. We found what we were looking for easily.
Bought a used item with a "good" rating or condition, and it was total junk! I had to deal with the inconvenience of a heavy return. Total incompetence 😠
