Its a shame. You cannot get a live appointment for geek squad at the store of your choice as mistakes in times and stores are a major issue. The General manager in thousand oaks was quite resistant when several staff members asked me to tell her this flaw that gets them yelled at by customers daily. Last time at Geek Squad the tech instead of putting a pass code on my computer, stood up and said he was going lunch! I had to wait 90 minutes for a free tech as not to leave my computer open to anyone as my main issue was family getting into mu computer, specifically an obcessed x I live with. So they cut corners hoping you will not notice. The manager of Geek Squad should be fired. In the past years, I have watched many many customers cancel and leave she is so rude. Always rude in Thousand Oaks.

I have been a member of Geek Squad for over a decade and it is very convenient to just call somebody to help me with my technical issues and they are always courteous to my position of disability. The staff at Best Buy is always eager to help and support you in the right direction.
