From the moment we first met Sean, he was extremely professional yet very genuine and friendly. His wealth of knowledge and customer service skills were beyond impressive. He didn’t pressure us at all and made us feel just as valuable, regardless of whether or not we were going to end up purchasing through Best Buy. We visited Best Buy twice. During the first experience with Sean (and Adrian who was great too), he helped us to confidently decide that we wanted to come back and make our purchase at the Simi Valley Best Buy. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to come back earlier Sunday as planned and were initially concerned because we wanted to work with him. However, though his shift was soon ending, that didn’t stop him from going above and beyond, taking the necessary steps and providing us with stellar customer service. He showed no pressure or rush and ensured we were taken care of without regard to his time. We cannot express enough how much we appreciated Sean and the 110% dedication he gave. He truly and genuinely values his customers and is an outstanding representation for Best Buy. Sean is the reason we ended up purchasing our new fridge through Best Buy and we would do it again! We HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend him! Thanks Sean!!

Do not fall for the website claim that you can recycle an old TV through Best Buy in Simi Valley. The claim that you can recycle a tube TV less than 31 inches is false. I even called the number listed for the Simi Valley Best Buy and was specifically told that I could bring my old 23 inch tube TV in for recycling. When I arrived I was immediately told this TV could not be accepted. I am just shy of 70 yrs. old holding a 50 pound TV and was not allowed to proceed. I argued that I called this the number for THIS specific store to get the OK (still holding this TV) . I was told there is not a direct line into this store and I was talking to someone in a different country and there is no way they are accepting this TV. I was not offered any additional suggestion other than to show me the door. I dropped the TV in the parking lot, injuring my shin, before loading it into my car. This will be my last trip into Best Buy.
