Purchased a laptop for my son for his birthday. They asked me to update my account information, so I did. They somehow never applied that information to my account. I was told to wait for an email in 2-4 days to come pick up the device. I never recieved an email. I called customer service repeatedly, and no one checked my information, even though I was asked to provide my email everytime I called. 16 days after purchase, and well past my son's birthday, I call the store and they let me know they have cancelled my purchase. They never called me or emailed me. Now I have to wait 10 more days for a refund to purchase elsewhere! I will never make a purchase at Best Buy again. Absolutly no attempt at custumer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

We have 1 year 4 months year old whirlpool dryer that stopped heating. We looked up the other in Google, and it seemed pretty straight forward. We called best buy though as the dryer is under warranty. It's been 3 weeks and still no repair. The guy came out last week, but didn't bring any parts (it's really pretty standard as to what causes this), so we had to schedule for him to come back. Looking up out account, there's no appointment on there. We called and there waiting for the part and said it'll be another 2 weeks. My husband ordered the part on Amazon, 3 day delivery. He'll install himself. So, although the extended warranty is good and they're prompt on computer issues, they suck for appliances. So maybe Best Buy isn't the best place to buy an appliance.

Greeter is nearly useless. Always wait time in line because there are usually 1-2 cashiers or the pick up counter staff have to help those in line. Frustrating!!
