The staff are really nice, they need dedicated people tho. Especially around the networking and gaming computers.

store and employees are great.
SUPER annoying that the Best Buy stores don't have a direct phone number anymore though.
WHYYY.
i had to talk to some lame AI phone tree, it asked if i wanted to talk to the store i said YES TALK TO THE STORE.
on hold five minutes, as was answered very obviously by someone at an overseas call center.
they were very confused when i asked about the store, and when i asked a question, they asked what state and country it was in.
maybe don't try and pretend to let customers ask a store employee a question when they aren't even on the same continent?
I've worked mannny years at places having to do customer service over the phone, and how doing a good job and asking the right questions can be helpful. this was just embarrassing.
