A sales associate sold me a program with my computer that she said I HAD TO HAVE. She literally would not let me buy the computer without the program. One year later, I never opened the box! It cost $150.00, and I did not need it! I’m still quite annoyed about it.
Very helpful and great price on a 55" The Frame samsung TV. Love they delivered it for free and brought it up to my 3rd floor , beach Confo.
Dont go! Store staff and call center was unhelpful. Had to go and get a hold of another store 80 miles away to get help. Honestly BestBuys customer service and customer help has gone down hill
