Very helpful and great price on a 55" The Frame samsung TV. Love they delivered it for free and brought it up to my 3rd floor , beach Confo.
Dont go! Store staff and call center was unhelpful. Had to go and get a hold of another store 80 miles away to get help. Honestly BestBuys customer service and customer help has gone down hill

I like how I got the best buy
I’ve bought my Sony TV and many electronics from Best Buy in Soquel over the last 10 years. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable!! But, they just recently went way beyond the regular customer service…My sister just recently moved from
Arizona and I bought her a new Sony Bravia
at the Soquel store, along with them installing it at her Condo.There was a misunderstanding with the Geek Squad on the time, so I went into the store and talked to the manager…The manager was really nice and he called Joel( Geek Squad installer) who went out of his way and fit me in his already very busy schedule…
Joel was really nice and knowledgeable!!
I would recommend Joel every time you will never be sorry!!! Happy, Happy customer!!
