I can’t believe that they only give you 14 days to return anything. Like they want you to buy a membership for $30 just so you have the policy that every other retailer has. What happened to the 90 day return policy. What if you can’t return it in 14 days like wth. I’ve spent $60 on things I didn’t end up needing and now I’m stuck with them!

Good things great people and good environment

This is the absolute worst store to do business with. Last year I bought a large, expensive TV and they leaned HARD on me to buy the extended warranty, and I mean HARD. They did their best to actually intimidate me! I also paid to have it delivered and installed and they did it again! What jerks! If I say I dont want the extended warranty, I shouldn't have to defend my position! Then, yesterday I bought a laptop. I was very careful and specific about what I intended to use it for. I hired a computer tech to come to my home to set it up and it turned out it didnt have enough memory to do two of the three things I wanted it to do. I returned it and got another but that's the LAST time I ever go to that store!

Picked up a laptop and also a roku which they priced matched with Walmart, saved myself $40 dollars lol thanks best buy.
