This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Best Buy. Sam and Chandler on Pacific Ave were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident about my purchase instead of rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers and take pride in what they do. Because of them, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Huge thanks to both of them for the excellent service.

They sure have calmed down asking me if I need help I remember going in there and they would ask me about 105 time by the time I got out
