Employee “IVY” if that’s even her real name was very rude . Had an attitude left me to help another customer before finishing her job and when she saw me again asked if I had found my tv. I lost it told her why would I be looking for something they told u to get for me from the back. Refused to help me asked her name she refused and hid her name tag. Got help from another gentleman she decides to antagonize me on the way out . I was ready to leave the store and say forget the sale all together they need to stop hiring children

Came to purchase a new phone was told by the salesman I could upgrade for free when I tried to request trade in I was told phone didn’t qualify. Going to return phone please train your sales staff better horrible experience

Great place to shop but buyer beware on the insurance and Geek squad coverage. They don't always cover their items.
