I recently visited the Best Buy in Stockton to purchase the new phone, but my experience was absolutely horrible. The customer service was appalling - the staff didn't even bother to speak to me politely.
To make matters worse, it took them a whopping 1 HOUR to finalize my purchase. They had to call the manager not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. And each time, the manager took 10-15 minutes to arrive. It was like they were intentionally dragging their feet.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this store. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service, I would not recommend this Best Buy location to anyone.
