purchased a Apple tv 4 k at Worst Buy. I purchased the product on 6-8-26 It was not what I wanted. I had an accident that left me in a wheelchair and today was the first day i was able to contact Worst Buy. I explained to their NOT customer service manager Ntomia in South Africa what happened and she said their is nothing that Worst Buy can do. I am going to create a fraud site for Best buy for everyone who has these kind of complaints can post to it. That way maybe we can force them into bankruptcy instead of them keep filing chapter 13

Took a survey with misleading information about the, "reward" for taking the survey. Chose IPro pad, then asked for $5.95 for "shipping/handling". Was asked for credit card info. Then an opportunity to purchase other items at reduced prices. I found that I purchased the, "shipping", which was not for actual shipping, rather for a, "membership". Then the words, "good luck" appeared. That's what made me look further to find that the I Pro pad was not a guaranteed reward. I canceled the, "order" including the 5.95 for a membership. I never intended to purchase any other items, but I was billed for ear buds, and a smart watch. Contacting customer support was also a rip-off as I was re-directed to a, "help center", where I was asked for my CC number again for $1.00 for my question, $55.00 per year for customer service. Is Best Buy serious? Wish I could take the survey again as it would not be the glowing review that I gave.
