Wow our old fridge quits on Thursday and Saturday we have a beautiful new SubZero installed and working. Thanks to Anouk (sales). Thanks to Mary (front desk) for helping us get approved (we forgot we had our credit locked. 🤪). Thanks to Ivan for a professional and informative installation! I had a pleasant experience at Pacific Sales. Something I didn’t expect from a retail store. Mr. Dan Martin was awesome, professional and very patient in answering all my question. I didn’t have to linger around the store waiting on someone who did. Ms. Mary at the counter was also very professional and awesome. I will never go back to a big box store for any new appliances.

I purchased an LG refrigerator and a Zephyr wine cooler from Pacific Sales in Temecula. Alyssa was my sales rep and Mary was my customer service rep. What awesome employees and service did I get. They are great! They’ve been extremely helpful. Very friendly and answered all of my questions and on phone calls. What an awesome team! I will be back.
