We were shopping to replace our stove top, built-in microwave and oven combo. Our sales specialist Hank Pham was very helpful in helping us decide on which product to get. He showed us the high end products and the more affordable but quality choices. Not at any point that he tried to upsell us. The first time we visited the store was about a few weeks before 4th of July holiday. He mentioned that if we wanted to wait a week or so they might have some special offers for the 4th of July holiday. He emailed us a week or so later to inform us of their offers for the holiday and the start and end date. We came back and did our purchase. He was very detailed in explaining pricing and details as far as installing, removal of old appliances and warranty. He went over the Best Buy membership. At no point he pressured us in purchasing anything optional. He let us decide on our own. Janette at the check out counter was also very helpful and professional in finalizing our purchase. Overall we are very satisfied with our shopping and purchase process. Now just waiting for delivery and installation. Hoping to have the same experience. Thank you again Hank and Janette!
