In today’s world of diminishing customer service across most industries imagine my surprise when I was treated so respectfully and professionally by the staff at Pacific Sales. Alyssa knew all her products like the back of her hand and clearly answered all my questions. Mary at the credit desk was equally as on top of it. Due to our locked credit report we spent a lot of time with Mary. However, in spite of the situation Mary kept her upbeat personality and helped us resolve the issue. It is so great to have a positive experience to report. I strongly recommend stopping by Pacific Sales because I know you will have an experience like mine.

Alyssa did an awesome job all the way through from greeting us when walking in to answering all our million questions. She was very thorough with her answers and knew what she was talking about. Her customer service was top notch and explaining the process too to bottom. Great job and we would prefer her to our family and friends
