Our 15+ year-old stovetop had a faulty igniter. The next day we went to Pacific Sales for a replacement and Anouk helped us out immensely. She knows all the details we needed to know to choose a replacement and the whole process was fantastic. Mary made the financing options work perfectly for us. Overall, we are very pleased with the service.
