Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home Temecula

New to the Temecula area, I ended up at the Pacific Sales store on Winchester to research appliances for a new custom home I am having built. There I met Anouk and later Janette. Anouk has diligently worked on my project for months. She is a skilled and a devoted designer with the patient of a saint and most importantly, had the ability to listen and translate my ideas better than even I understood them. I am fairly certain she spent her own time on my project. That is devotion. I met Janette at the customer service area where purchases are paid for and finalized. Hoping to take advantage of the 24 month no interest promotion, Janette patiently helped me thru the telephone interview with CitiBank’s processing department. Janette explained all of the discounts available, verified my selections, and made the whole process of finalizing my order seamless. I write this review in hopes that Pacific Sales recognizes Anouk and Janette’s talents and gives them the support, compensation and recognition they deserve.
