Truly he is a wonder: he has a uniquely warm welcoming style and is literally encyclopedic in knowledge - he was able to answer all of the questions we asked, he anticipated and shared information that was meaningful and informative for us - he exhibited a patience that permitted our feeling relaxed and thorough in our choices - he listened exceptionally well seeking to ensure we were getting exactly what we preferred - the whole experience was without pressure, pleasant and enjoyable - and this extended to the “financing” part when we got to work with Ed, another exemplar individual!
