We have been doing a kitchen remodel and Jonny S. (Thousand Oaks location) has been so helpful during a stressful time. He has been incredibly patient and kind. Also, very knowledgeable of the products. He hasn't pushed to upsell but explained advantages of products that might be a bit more and let us make decisions w/o pressure on what was best for us. Will definately go back when we need more appliances , etc.

Went in today with a lot of questions regarding purchasing a new fridge and cook top. Jonny was incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer every one of my questions, providing extremely helpful details I would have never thought to ask that aided in making the decisions. Had I not worked with Jonny I would have ended up purchasing inferior products I knew very little about, I’m so grateful to him. I felt no pressure to purchase, only sincerely helped. I would highly recommend Pacific Sales and Jonny.
