I bought a TV from these shysters about 3 1/2 years ago. Spent over $1000 and the thing broke now they’re telling me I have to spend $124 just to have somebody look at it. Do yourself a favor and go to Costco, who includes a free five-year warranty on all their products, they also don’t sell Mickey Mouse secondhand junk that breaks down in a few years like these guys do.

DO NOT SHOP AT BEST BUY. I purchased a projector today. I asked three simple questions. 1. Is the projector short throw or long throw? 2. Can the projector be attached to the ceiling upside down? 3. Is the projector blue tooth? After spending almost an hour at the store and speaking at length to the salesman, I purchased the projector. I was told that if I return the projector there will be a 15% unboxing fee. I brought the projector home, installed it, and discovered that the projector is not blue tooth after all. I called the store and instead was redirected to a call center. "Edward" told me that the return policy stands and I would only be refunded 85% of my payment. When I inquired about submitting a complaint he stated that I needed to leave a review and hung up on me. So here I am. Almost $900.00 spent, and hours invested. Stick with Amazon.
