I spent over $2000 The other day, $1400 on a new iPad, I bring it home and there’s a mark on the screen. Looks like it got bumped at some point so as soon as I have free time four or five days later, I bring it back to Best Buy wanting to exchange it for one without a mark on the screen, do they help Me, no, they tell me I have to go through Apple, instead of standing behind their product And doing what’s right, they screw me over. I don’t see why I would ever spend money at Best Buy again and if you’re smart, you won’t either Anything you can get at Best Buy you can get somewhere else and I recommend you do!!! There is a picture of the mark on my brand new $1400 if this is how they treat their customers, I certainly hope they end up out of business Very soon!!!
